Contact Neurocycle Support

I will say this, the new updates app looks beautiful, it just doesn’t work. In June of last year I discovered this app and in combination with the book transformed my life. An update was made late last year and the app has become unusable which is aggravating because I relied on this app for a variety of reasons. I even shared it with a number of people because of the impact it had on my life. I’ve been writing emails back and forth with the Neurocycle support team for the past couple months explaining my issues. They are telling me they don’t see the issues in their end, and that if I want a refund or extension on my subscription to go through Apple. I just spent 30 minutes of my Sunday morning on the phone with Apple and they said Neurocycle must reimburse me. I know so many people struggling with anxiety that I would love to continue advocating for this app and the impact it can make however because of the variety of glitches in the updated app I can no longer make the recommendation nor can I use the app to help myself. This really is a travesty and I hope they get it figured out. Really, they should drop the new update and go back to the old one.

I did a full “ Neurocycle” and when I wanted to start a new one, I started having problems with the app. No sound, not letting me do a new day session - despite it being a new day, the app “freezing” and even after several attempts of resolving the issue by deleting the app and re-installing it and signing in and out- it no longer works for me. When I reached out to get help, I got the above instructions of deleting and re-installing and signing in and out and in again, but when that didn’t work I got no more reply. Its a pity. I would love to use this app, I would even want to continue paying for it, but with it not working properly, I guess I have to find another way. 🫤

So I tried to sign up for the app and I keep getting a login error message when I click the sign up button. I download the app deleted it re-download it, and finally contacted customer service. They eventually told me that because I didn’t have an account they couldn’t help me after numerous emails of asking me to delete/redownload it; which login email did I use; what iPhone do I have? So I’m just really sad and I’m only writing this review because I’m hoping that someone outside of the customer service department, someone in the app developing department can help me. I have an iPhone 12 mini and I was told that no one else is having this problem so they don’t really know what to do.
