Such a wonderful app
Working out is never fun and it still isn't, but this app makes it as comforatble as possible. This is my second day and I love all the thoughtful features that was put in such as the calendar that shows what workouts you did, on what day, at what time, and how many calories you burned. Not to mention the weight "chart" showing how your weight drops or increases throughout the time AND the extra workouts like the stretches! Great job with this app!
Pretty sweet app
tells you how many calories you burn, which helps when your calorie counting. it's really helped accelerate my weight loss. the routines are short but efficient, which I like. it's extremely convenient, you can do the workouts pretty much anywhere you can lay a mat or blanket. the exercises are simple yet effective. I definitely work up a sweat. with a low calorie diet, I've managed to shave off 9 lbs in 3 weeks. my tummy is noticeably flatter (people have commented).
This app is great!
This app is great! I followed the 30 day meal plan diet today and did all five workouts and I felt energized and healthy all day. The meal plan diet isn’t to outrageous so it’s quite easy to follow and is gull of stuff you might already have in your house! The workouts are super easy as well, they push you to work your muscles and you can “feel the burn” :) but I didn’t have to much trouble with it. I recommend this app.
I've been using this for a week along with change in my eating habits. I've lost 1 inch off my hips and went from 66.5 kg to 65 kg. I'm going to keep using it. My only issue here is the CALORIES. Devs, how accurate is the lost calories? It feels like losing 200 calories is impossible by doing only 10 min workout. Please respond. I'm really wondering about this.

This app was very helpful in getting up and moving again. I haven’t worked in a very long time and I feel I am out of shape. I like that the duration and frequency of the workouts were manageable for a person like me that feels like I’m starting again on my journey of exercise.
Awesome for beginners
if you are new and are unsure how to do a certain exercise it breaks it down with a detailed description and video along with the work out! Even gives you set days for full body, and troubled areas to set throughout the week. And cardio also. Making it super easy!

There are a vast variety of workouts for every body part keeping planning stress to a minimum and muscles constantly in shock. Currently doing both 28 day challenges with plans to start weight training again after building my base with this app. 5 stars easily...

I find that this app is very simple to use and ive had good results so far. The problem is the meal section, as i would prefer more of a variety of foods, and well, i could just go to a food planning app, but then whats the point of the meal prep on this app? 😔 greatly disappointed, but the workouts are quick and easy.
