I bought the Canadian Rockies tour and then went to download the app and it says my device is not compatible. I have a samsung sm 69 30v with hardware version revo.6

We used this tour with Yellowstone last year using my ipad and when I tried to download another tour for this week my ipad is not compatible anymore? I want to use this app in my ipad so that my phone will be free from taking pictures and text. Please advice.
