I fell for the initial trial out of curiosity and have now been charged monthly for a subscription I do not want and have requested multiple times that my account be cancelled. I get automatic responses from their customer service and continue to have money taken out of my account that I have made very clear is not authorized. I don't know how to make them stop!

I have been charged since July 2024 for a membership I did not request, please send refund asap to my credit card. If you can show me and my credit company that I approved this I will not report this as a fraud I have contacted my credit company and if I do not here from you first. They will file a fraud report for me .

I was charges $45.00 today but want to cancel my subscription and a refund. I spent over $70 a few days ago when I first joined, and I was only given enough answers to keep me paying more money.

I only agreed to the 7day trial. I was charged on the 6th day. Seems like this is what they do. Canceled on the Website and it shows I have 2 subscriptions. How is that? I never approved this?

Fraudulent company. Even after you cancel (which is never clear how to do so on the app) they continue to take out money. I need a refund right now!!!!!!!

I keep getting a charge from Nebula in the amount of 3.02 and an across the border charge of .03 I want it stopped NOW.

Their website is a joke. They portray it as something that will be beneficial to you, except you have to pay to do anything such as they promise you can get CREdITS(50 I believe) for free or “GIVEN” to you with your trial, they then attempt to CON you into buying their other LAME ASS products, but do so without knowledge half the time. I would not waste my time and or money on this manipulative service when you cancel your subscription they try to charge your preferred payment method several times u til they succeed . Apparently they love to”RIP” off the customers for junk ass services

BS site!! I want my money back. The money is going somewhere we need class action lawsuit. And Hold GOOGLE AND APPLE FOR INTEREST AND PAIN and SUFFERING FOR LETTING THESE IDIOTS DO THIS. I was charged $58. 3 times yesterday. I'm trying to find my wallet. It's in my house. I had credits from who knows where or why. So, the 1st person I spoke to no help. Then, I spoke to a woman, no help. I read that if you can't help you don't have to pay. I certainly hope I didn't sign up for any reoccurring charges. Christine Davies

i downloaded this app and paid $15 on accident for some reading. canceled my subscription pretty much right after downloading. today i woke up with a $19 charge from nebula. and for what??? i have no idea because when i went to my subscriptions it wasn’t there, because i had ALREADY canceled it. wtf is wrong with this company.

My card was charged $19.99 and i didnt authorize any charges or get a subscription.

I just learned that I have been making an automatic payment Of $19.99 to Obrio since 2/6/22 from my PayPal Account. I never authorized these payments to Obrio. So, I will be receiving full credit back to my PayPal account in 4 weeks.

I looked through my bank statements and found that since Novemeber last year they have charged me around 9 Euros weekly amounting to more than 300 Euros by now. Unfortunately i hadnt checked my bank account thoroughly for a while. I have never signed up for any services! I have now cancelled the payments through Paypal, but i am probably never gonna see any of the 300 Euros again.

Same story - i wanted a compatibility report, when it mentioned it came at a charge ignored the emails. Then, all of a sudden, there was a limited time offer that expired in minutes that enabled me to download it for "ZERO DOLLARS" Now they are charging me 9.99$ weekly.. its the second time they do it and I ignored it the first time, assuming it was hidden charges... now I just emailed them and I hope they will not make this difficult. Pray for me :) Don't fall for anything "free" even if you think you read everything

Same as others - Free trial, cancelled immediately, no subscription - paid for one-time $9.99 USD report, now charged weekly/the next week too. This is illegal. Refund the second payment. Wipe out however it is you've retained my c.c. info. I will also do a stop payment with my c.c.

I just donwload this app from Instagram, and I use it once, then it charges me $12,99 every three days, i try to cancel it from App Store Or settings, but it still charge me, it is very difficult to find out how to cancel it, it is a kind of fraud, pay back my money!!!!

I have the same problem as so many other customers as I just found out. I downloaded the app to get a report, but never did I ever subscribe to a weekly payment. Now Nebula charges 9,99$/week and there is no way to cancel it. They don't reply to my Emails and there's no way to cancel the subscription on the App Store. Please help.

Because I did a trial directly from the website, I have no way of cancelling. I have emailed and still no help. I want my money back. The fact that there's no real way to cancel since it wasn't done through google playstore has me pissed.
