How do I cancel so I'm not billed?
The app only lets me see the first episode of a series. Basically forcing you to watch them all in order rather than select the episode you want. The screen looks like there is further information but it isn’t possible to scroll down to access it.
My account was charged like $50 and I never wanted you guys or approved anything you took it off my Google pay. And I want it refunded. I never signed up for no subscription for my horoscope and I want it changed now. My phone number is 262-497-7979 and my bank will be the next person to get ahold of you
My grand daughter charged this for me accidentally she says I need u to cancel this and refund me all cash please I’m disabled and am having a very difficult time due to a stroke!
I was under the impression I would have a trial period. I was immediately billed $40 and now can’t figure out how to cancel it.
My horoscope isn’t loading at all, it’s saying something went wrong please try again, but the thing is, I already paid for a lifetime subscription, so I’m not giving you anymore more money.
Hello, Im having an issue with this app. I would liek to contact one of the astrologers, however the app is showing a zero balance (which is impossible since ive paid the basic amount of money).
