Honestly, what kind of readings do you guys sell? I know this application is supposed to be for a fun tea/coffee time with our friends and family. But you can sell your product and services on a bad quality of the given service. Honestly what type of reading is that for the future 3 months and 6 months . Months come and go and we still get the same readings as if it was just copied and saved. In addition why most of your readings has to include selling relationship fantasy!? No dears not all of us are fantasizing about holding hands with weird future “handsome” stranger or what so ever and having love triangles. Most of us are sending our reading requests because deep down we are hoping to receive honest answers. Some people take this application seriously and spend lots of money on readings. Either you put a disclaimer stating that most of ur readings are inaccurate and will not match our sent cups or you should improve your service and do better on your services.

I requested a 2 hour read at a rate of $29 and did not receive it until almost 15 hrs later. It was just as short as the quick read from Aunt Sophie. Nothing was detailed. One sentence in every aspect of ones life. I have written to them various times and have not received a response from anyone. I will be reporting them for not providing the services they state. Don’t waste your time on the extras. They do not even deserve a star, but I have no choice...

I honestly like the old version, the free tickets go missing, the videos freeze or don’t load. I tried using that feature to grab credits & it doesn’t work for me. Sometimes it wouldn’t allow me to use my free reading. No customerSupport. There’s a few times where
