How to fix StreamChamp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the StreamChamp app on iPhone
Update StreamChamp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall StreamChamp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix StreamChamp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve StreamChamp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

StreamChamp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix StreamChamp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the StreamChamp App
1. On android, goto Settings » StreamChamp » click [Force Stop]

Update StreamChamp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear StreamChamp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » StreamChamp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart StreamChamp.

Fix StreamChamp unable to contact server/ StreamChamp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click StreamChamp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto StreamChamp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
