The Penny app has been SO much better than my pen and paper “system” - if you can even call it a system!! I love that I can schedule reachouts and can easily see who I’ve sent samples to so I can follow up. Plus to see each customer’s order history, right in PennyDirectSalesAssistant ?! And start a text or FB Message from PennyDirectSalesAssistant ?! This is seriously a game-changer for me. I love being organized, and when I have a system I will stick to it - but finding the time to MAKE a system was proving to be a bit challenging. The Penny app gave me the system at my fingertips so my amazing customers don’t fall through any cracks. 🥰 I’m in love with my new assistant!!!!

I was highly skeptical of using yet another contact management system. I’ve tried several... and then I was introduced to PENNY! Wow... she’s easy, my business is streamlined, no more paper and notebooks laying anywhere! The only thing I would love to see is an option to be able to setup “calendar alerts” for high priority items you can’t miss (such as PC orders, scheduled calls, etc). Maybe be able to add the task for an auto alert notification on your phone.

However, this is hands down the best system I have ever used and it counties to keep getting better. Highly recommended.

Love everything PennyDirectSalesAssistant does, and it’s by far the BEST CMS I’ve used by far. Simple and easy to use on both mobile and desktop.

The reason why I have it 4 stars is simply because I’ve had it for 2 days now and have had to uninstall and reinstall it 2-3 times in order to log in. This is on MOBILE - haven’t had issues on computer but use my iPhone far more since i work my business on the go all the time. It Either gets stuck when you first open it, or it doesn’t show the task bars and won’t allow me to click on anything. If this gets fixed I will give it 10 stars!! 👍🏻

I am a mom to three very busy boys who I love immensely. I am also a wife to an amazing husband who is on the road quite a bit for his job. In addition to that I have big goals for my business. Keeping up with these three aspects of my life is often very overwhelming. I find I have sticky notes and lists everywhere and it feels like things are slipping through the cracks. Penny has allowed me to organize my business so I can do what I need to do and turn it off when I am done. I am so grateful for this tool that has made me a better business owner and ultimately a better wife and mom.

The initial set up was so quick & easy. Learning to navigate it has been pretty intuitive but there’s also help via instant message immediately available in PennyDirectSalesAssistant whenever you need it. I love that it gives you a daily target amount of work that’s very doable but you also have the option to click “do more” if you have time. Another great aspect is the additional info like when & what the customer last ordered so you can better meet their needs when you follow up. Absolutely love PennyDirectSalesAssistant & have highly recommended it to teammates!!

PennyDirectSalesAssistant has transformed the way I run my R+F business! It's like a the most organized personal assistant who lives in my phone & tablet. I check in with her each morning & she tells me what I need to do. Then, she provides the links to get it all done. I've tried keeping all my customer info & orders on a spreadsheet or a different app. Both were more work than they were a help. Penny is easy to use & so intuitive that I trust her to handle the details of my business & to feed me what I need when I ask for it. My business is now soaring!

I love PennyDirectSalesAssistant! In the 2yrs that I have been a consultant, I have tried a few others like Teamzy, but felt it was too overwhelming..took too much time to set up with info and honestly was more of a time drain than a help for me because of “double duty work” on my part to record what I was doing for future. PennyDirectSalesAssistant is awesome in that it pulls info directly from pulse! I can’t express how much I love it! I only hope it direct get too costly to keep using. But, for now, I am so grateful. It came right when I needed a push for my business!

I enrolled as a Rodan + Fields consultant in 2014 and I have gone through FIVE Customer Relationship Management systems!
Each CRM left me feeling overwhelmed either because they had too much busy work or they just weren’t fun to engage with.
Penny has streamlined my workload by more than half by having FB PM, text, and email available direct through PennyDirectSalesAssistant .
AND it pulls all of my Pulse back office data in as well so I can keep up with my team and customers all from one place.
There are still a few features being worked out but the functionality overall is really good and for now, it is all FREE!

I have been working my biz for a year, struggling to keep organized. Penny is fantastic! Easy to use and interface, add new prospects, tasks and notes. The only reason for the 4 stars as opposed to 5 is that one of my customers showed that an auto ship went through on the 20th, and it didn’t. I had moved it the day before when I put a direct order through. I had a heart attack for a moment, until I was able to check their account, that I double shipped them! A small glitch and definitely the positives outweigh that one negative.

I’ve tried a number of programs to best manage my customers and activity. I have never stuck to them because of the time it took to update and maintain. So far, I’m loving Penny and how quickly I can update and track my work. It has increased my productivity and efficiency in following up and not having prospects slip through the cracks. I have also used the interactive feature in asking questions and was pleasantly surprised on the fast response. Loving PennyDirectSalesAssistant!

I’m starting to really sink my teeth into my RF biz and PennyDirectSalesAssistant is simplifying my life and I love it! I do wish there were a couple extra things/changes. Like a general notes section - where I can jot down random details from someone or remind myself about an event or training. Also when in the reconnect portion and you click pick date - it would be nice to see a calendar vs the scroll bar. It would also be nice to be able to make the differentiation between business prospect and product prospect. But overall, PennyDirectSalesAssistant is a game changer! I love it!

Penny is EVERYTHING I’ve been dreaming, wishing and asking for for the past 3 years! It’s like Teamzy, RF Notifier, Pulse and Facebook got together and had a beautiful baby named Penny 👶🏼 So easy to use!

PennyDirectSalesAssistant has been a game changer in my business! So much time is wasted on determining “what income producing activity to do next” and often it seems overwhelming if you don’t know where to start (or re-start). PennyDirectSalesAssistant organizes all of my activities in one place, it’s electronic (so YAY for no more notebooks and excel spreadsheets), and it pulls in info/contacts from my business app AND social media! I challenge you to try it 🙌

Most apps out there only address the prospects, but not the customer service piece. PennyDirectSalesAssistant does both! It has really kept me more organized & helps me know what to do day to day without too much thought, especially when I’m in a hurry & only have a few minutes here & there to get some work in... I can’t wait to see what the developers have planned for PennyDirectSalesAssistant in the future!

From the minute I started using penny I knew I was going to love it (I had tried other programs as well). And I do!!! It is so easy to set up and use. It’s helps me stay on top of my customer service as well as reach outs.

I love that there isn’t a 5 tiered step to import my contacts. The daily reminders about reaching out is wonderful. It allows me to STAY ON TOP of my business without needing to log onto Pulse. From connecting with customers, checking in with customers for their recent orders, etc I’m able to roll without having to right things out. The interface is easy. ENJOYING PennyDirectSalesAssistant to the fullest!!!

How am I just now hearing about PennyDirectSalesAssistant? This free tool is crazy good and has changed the way I work my business. As a busy working mom, I have little time to mess with databases and tons of social media. I need something that will put everything in one spot! And I’ve found it with Penny! The best part?? I can sync my Facebook friends with it and track them right in PennyDirectSalesAssistant ! Lifesaver! Thank you, penny!

PennyDirectSalesAssistant has helped me stay more organized. I am able to make my contacts daily and stay on top of things all within one app.

I love this so far! I love that I can add a task and write a note on each individual task. I can search customers based on what they ordered. All my autoships are in one place and easy to see.
One thing I would looove added is some type of calendar. I’d like to see future tasks I’ve set for myself as well as future events I’ll have. And can you have a place in the actual app for improvement recommendations? Thanks so much!
