Even though location services are enabled app returns message to enable location services which prevents proceeding further for booking an appointment. Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

It is so annoying that I wished to get into app for my second dose registration as it delayed due to unavailability of vaccine. I forgot Sehaty passward and wished to reset but system asks medical file number? that I do not have. I called twenty times different days but have been directed to others each time ? Hope some one can help me out.
