A true turn from slow services to abundance of availability & online availability. Before it was laggy & sometimes crashy. However within a week or less the service went from 0-100 efficiently. Excellent work 👍🏼

When I go to Apoontments > Book Appointment, a screen briefly pops up that says in order to get full access to my appointments, I need to verify my profile by clicking on the button “Verify Me.” But then صحتيSehhaty crashes before I can click on the button every time. I’m unable to schedule a Covid vaccine appointment and there is no support to email about the issue. Please fix صحتيSehhaty so it stops crashing.

صحتيSehhaty is not bad ، it is working sometimes , however you guys have serious performance issues may I suggest a change in backend technology and ensuring a performance testing to ensure your threshold is actually fine , maybe try to host in Elm data center that might work for you because it seems there is a very deep issue in handling volume api calls per second

Great app but would like something to be done about the battery consumption. The active location update is draining the battery even if صحتيSehhaty is not used

I registered for the vaccine on December 26,2020. I have not received an appointment. People who registered last week have received the vaccine. I have sent emails, made 20 calls and people say they don’t speak English. I am a teacher and I need this vaccine to ensure my students will be safe. The application will not update or allow me to re-register.

The application needs more attention from you
It is so slow and can not handle the high demand of orders
The updates for the information is so slow
I took the vaccine nearly month ago with out any updates for my situation until today
The health ministry’s has contact the applicants to update it for me more that 6 times with no response yet

Nice app but would be much more useful if we can have out name on the test results and the capability to export to pdf for printing or at least a screenshot with our name on it.

Some enhancements are a “must” to do guys:
- Poor UI doesn't support all iPhone screens: for iPhone 5s: “next” button is not displayed after entering the location manually (when being outside KSA). I couldn’t show vaccination details to airport authority in Lebanon & I lost my plane because of it 😔. Cant believe!
- Also, App is slow & need better RAM management.

The application most often crashes and needs to be deleted and reinstalled again. Even after calling the technical team they always give you this solution and rarely do they know or understand the real issue. The whole country is relying on an app that fails most of the time.

Refreshing صحتيSehhaty with available appointments is inconsistent and unstable. صحتيSehhaty crashes almost immediately, the icons of choosing a facility are unstable and you need to click twice to open them. Just make sure to update the database with available appointments.

The application always crashes when trying to book or reschedule an appointment. I tried deleting and reinstalling the application, tried restarting the device, but the problem persists

When I tried to register for vacation it only displays my name and nothing else.
There is no option for register or book.

I have registered for corona vaccine and does not allow me to cancel the the appointment it is really disappointing... giving one star for this huge issue that has affected many people I really do not write reviews but this one I had to write it.

I would have rated it 5 star about 5 weeks ago but today it would not make to 1 star. The stated to act out, and useless in all practical terms. It just keeps logging us out, and no reply from App support on emails. Great idea but bad execution.

صحتيSehhaty is absolutely trash. I have already registered for the vaccine since the beginning. Now I just can’t log in as it says “no internet connection” even though the internet is connected.

It keeps telling me “sorry, we couldnt confirm the person with entered data. Please check and try again” the information i entered was correct, i tried signing up many times, it just doesnt work..

صحتيSehhaty after last update not working properly, you can not add nationality also you have to fill all personal information manually .

These new updates fixed a lot of issues! Thanks. Had a conversation with Mansour and seemed to really know what needs to be done!!

I cant believe صحتيSehhaty is supported my the Ministry of health it’s very unprofessional and hard to use it took me over 10 minutes to find out how to sign up because it took me to three websites I demand a change this is not Acceptable

There is a problem with صحتيSehhaty , it doesn’t let me sign up please fix this issue

Couldn’t even register. It didn’t work for me. “Unexpected error..” message keeps on coming.

كيف نطبع الإجازات المرضية

للان أوجه مشكلة حتى بعد التحديث
لما اخلص من نفاذ وأسجل معلوماتي ويطلع صح يحولني للبرنامج وتطلع رسالة انو حدث خطأ غير متوقع اثناء تسجيل الدخول

امل ربط التطبيق بالساعات والادوات الرياضية
مي باند من شاومي و ساعة ابل و فت بت لتسهيل قراءة بيانات المستفيد وربط بيانات وزارة الصحة بالتطبيق

لا يوجد فحص كورونا

مميزات البرنامج جميلة جداً ولكن يعيبه لا زال فيه بطئ شديد في فتحه و تحديث معلوماته يصيب المستخدم بالملل + يعمل تسجيل خروج كل مره افتح البرنامج اضطر اسجل دخول .. أرجو اصلاح هذا الأمر

التطبيق كان أجمل قبل التحديث.
ميزة اني أعرف ترتيبي بين المجموعة كانت جميلة ومحفزة لكنها الآن اختفت.
آمل إعادتها مرة أخرى وإلا فإن البرنامج بالنسبة للمشي سيكون لا قيمة له.
وفقكم الله.

اتمنى الكل يستفيد من هذا التطبيق ويشجعهم على المشي.
