I peed $100 for coins and points and I did not receive them and they have a copy of the receipt with confirmation number and I want to make sure that the funds went to the correct account 24858688. Please help me it’s been like 10 hours since I did this and I am scared that less the money or it went somewhere else so I would like to have the money put on to my account so I can play or simply refund it because that was a lot of money. I have tried a hundred times to refill my data access and had no way to allow for more data and it is not clear why i cannot get back on the internet it is so frustrating to deal with lucky mobile service

Internal glitch with Lucky system causing the top-up not being seen by Lucky system/ reps, even though payment does go through via CC company. And remains as unnecessary credit on Lucky’s account number. It’s causing problems to customers/ users.
