Couldnt get app to see the device, even though Files app did see, wasted more time with Troubleshooting. Found out cable would charge my phone without the device plugged in, but connected decice would not turn on, app still still stuck on "plug in" mode, while device was plugged in. Files app still sees device.

For awhile quinine pro worked well for all my photos and videos then it stopped working altogether. Error 6 kept popping up and after “learn more “ it had 2 solutions but neither worked. Frustrating to say the least.

Updated App on 7/4/22 and QubiiPro now crashes once I say; “Yes” to search for new photos.
App has never disappointed until now.
Using iPhone 13 Pro Max…iOS 15.5

The first attempt told me I had a bad memory card tried and failed 3 times. But then my husband was able to complete with no problems. So I tried a fourth time and it worked.

While I use and iPhone, I am not completely immersed into the Apple ecosystem, and therefore I have always had an issue backing up and copying photos off of my iPhones. When I try to make a direct copy of the files, I always end up with errors or other issues that leaves me with multiple copies and a fear that not everything was backed up.

When I got Qubii, that all changed and now I have a seamless way to back up photos and take them off my device and easily archive them on my PCs. I also like that it automatically creates individual folders for different Apple products so everything can stay separated for easier filing and archiving.

This product is so small and easy and the best part is it uses standard micro SD cards so the storage is expandable and cheap compared to the alternatives.

I have been so happy with this device and the accompanying app that I would give it more stars if I could!!!

I love this. I do wish it accepted USBC as well as lightning cables; however, I was able to use a lightning to USB cable converter to download from my new iPad.

This device is so great. Effortlessly can store all my photos as my phone is charging, love it.

This is perfect for backing up photos when you don’t want to purchase more storage or update your phone. Especially the videos, because I know they take up a lot of storage space on your phone. I take a lot of photos and videos!

This is by far the easier option to backup. No pc required. No disconnects or timeouts etc.

I have tried many different things to download from my iPhone but none worked this. Very easy to use and I love how you can download your stuff smoothly

I think this is a awesome backup app, the only thing I wish is that there was a way to create named folders to save in instead of just all in one or the same folders however QubiiPro still is a awesome app.

The first time backup takes a while. But it had to backup everything; including about 3,000 photos. Now each backup is very fast as it only does new items. I love it.

I have try many different way to backup iPhone photos including using iMazing, iTune or Windows copy and paste. All of them took a very long time and/or failed in the middle. This is the easiest way I found.

Very simple to use even for this old guy who is not tech savvy at all thank you so much for a product like this just need to check the sd card to see if I can view the video and pics on other devices like my pc. Will update when I get to it
