Doesnt work

Couldnt get app to see the device, even though Files app did see, wasted more time with Troubleshooting. Found out cable would charge my phone without the device plugged in, but connected decice would not turn on, app still still stuck on "plug in" mode, while device was plugged in. Files app still sees device.

For awhile quinine pro worked well for all my photos and videos then it stopped working altogether. Error 6 kept popping up and after “learn more “ it had 2 solutions but neither worked. Frustrating to say the least.

The first attempt told me I had a bad memory card tried and failed 3 times. But then my husband was able to complete with no problems. So I tried a fourth time and it worked.
