How to fix WeatherSentry app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WeatherSentry app on iPhone
Update WeatherSentry app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WeatherSentry iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WeatherSentry on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WeatherSentry network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WeatherSentry Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WeatherSentry not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WeatherSentry App
1. On android, goto Settings » WeatherSentry » click [Force Stop]

Update WeatherSentry to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WeatherSentry App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WeatherSentry » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WeatherSentry.

Fix WeatherSentry unable to contact server/ WeatherSentry internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WeatherSentry » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WeatherSentry » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WeatherSentry
