I cannot pay using the app. I select my parking area (used a few times before), but the pay option does not come up. Now I can't pay for my parking (University of Alberta)

How to fix Honk app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Honk app on iPhone
Update Honk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Honk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Honk on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Honk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Honk Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Honk not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Honk App
1. On android, goto Settings » Honk » click [Force Stop]

Update Honk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Honk App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Honk » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Honk.

Fix Honk unable to contact server/ Honk internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Honk » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Honk » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Honk
