I looked and looked over several apps to start a yoga journey and fell in love with this one. However after downloading and opening the app all it was was a video about the app. Nothing else. At all. Thankfully I hadn’t been charged as I couldn’t even get to that part. I sincerely hope that it was just a glitch as I’m extremely disappointed!

I’m benefiting from this app every day! I’m not able to do long practice due to health issues (it’s feels like I can’t play football for life), terrible! I hate exercising. I don’t even like yoga, which is strange because my brother is a yoga guru. Named Eddie. And despite Eddie being my brother, this is really the only movement / breathing-based app I can stomach. And if I like it, then you will too. It’s an easy, stress free way to breathe and stretch and have a moment of peace during a terrible time.
