do not download this game. it is nothing but a scam. you will never land on the spot you need, you will constantly have to buy more spins if you want to play at all considering the game is rigged to make sure you can’t ever earn any spins. i just deleted the game because i couldn’t deal with it anymore. these games are so supposed to be relaxing, not steal your money and then make the game harder for you to play. not to mention you have to tap buttons anywhere between 6-10 times before they’ll actually respond- you’d think with all the money this company is stealing from people, they’d be able to afford to make their app actually work. but they don’t. IslandKing is trash, poorly made, too expensive, and crashes constantly. they’re paying people to leave good reviews. do yourself a favor and make sure you check the critical reviews. we’re the ones telling the truth!

I have sent several support tickets to island king for my refund. They responded that I am due my refund and I should contact Apple iTunes. I have done what they have requested and Apple iTunes keeps declining my request for refund. This is a game problem and the support folks know it. If they had just credited me my spins or money back all would be great. But, instead they intent to keep stealing money for all users of the game blaming technical issues which they keep your funds. Think twice before you download this game.

Although I like playing the game, they are horrible at refunded you your money when it is there fault. They don’t even provide you with proof why they deny you your money. They need to stop interfering with purchases when the time crossovers happen, because 9/10 times that is when I have issues. This morning it was with the tournament. I paid and it said all done, IslandKing Store shows I was billed and yet I didn’t get my reward spins, etc. and it’s not the first time. I have disputed it in the past only to be shoot down by IslandKing , I think I’m up to $15 lost so far.

People will say it’s just a game. But if the game isn’t even following their own rules and cheat. There’s a problem.
Almost every issue, they expect a screenshot, but when you message them on the game. There is no way to send them the screenshot, sometime you could not get a screenshot because it’ll froze and close the game. These people will find excuses to not help you, they will find a way to make it more difficult by asking for proof that you couldn’t get and they know if themselves.
One of the customer rep I messaged with told me they can see what goes on on everyone’s account. They don’t really need screenshots, it’s just a way to stop people to message and giving them free stuff, because they want the people to pay.

I have been playing this game for a long time and it has been a great stress reliever. Until the update. I have over 5,500 stars, I’m done building ALL the islands available (119) and I finished my king pass in just a few days of being offered... I play A LOT. I spend money almost daily, because of how much I enjoyed playing Island King. Once the game updated from being able to refresh tributes to be earned with diamonds to earning tributes off the plant, I realized I wasn’t able to earn as many tributes as before. I’m a Vice in my tribe and now due to the plant, I can’t really help my tribe get to another level. Please explain more to your players on your Facebook page or somewhere on how we can truly earn tributes to get us to another level. My plant shows a locked area of level four but my tribe chat shows we’re still on level 3. None of it is making sense to me. I really hope someone is able to fix the issues I have or at least explain more in depth as to how I can earn more tributes to help get my tribe to higher levels, as well as adding more islands to build.

I have been playing this game for over 10 months now. I really enjoy playing, I’m at the highest island right now-193, and I spend a lot of money on this game , especially the daily spins packages, etc. lately I noticed they are offering (me) these tiny packages with hardly any spins and lame chests with no new cards. Right now I want to play the event, but where I’m at, there I don’t have enough spins to complete it, to me I feel as though they want me to waste all my spins. I don’t understand why they are doing this, considering I’ve spent a lot of money on this game ( I mean a lot, hundreds of dollars). You would think they would offer better packages to keep me playing! They had really good packages just a week or so ago! If this doesn’t change, I’ll just delete the game.

This is a great game when you belong in a tribe. It has issues for me tho with connecting to Facebook and when I do callbacks with tribe members who are Facebook friends as well as it will constantly lag out when I go to attack someone or try to steal and it won’t show the other players island which makes it very hard to know who I should attack and what buildings since I’m unable to see it! Other than that it’s a lot of fun!

Recently I CANT CONNECT MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT and it shows “network is not available please try again”. I’ve tried to deleted it from my phone and Facebook then reinstall and sign in and still doesn’t work. I’ve contacted support and no reply back to me now for two weeks. I’m so upset and paid vip and belonged to a tribe which I’ve been told by tribe members I’m not in it anymore. I want my money back and for them to contact me ASAP to fix this!! Will update if they finally get back to me but doubtful at this time!

This game was really fun at first. I enjoyed playing with my girlfriend all the time. I felt like it wasn’t a struggle to get to the next island. However, with the newest update, where they added new islands, this game has become extremely greedy. It feels like the game purposely gives you less spins now so you are forced to buy one of their packages. Before it took me a few days to move to the next island, but now it takes a week or more to move on. Also the spins have become extremely unfair. Sometimes I go through 50 spins without landing on any of the special slots. Additionally, the chests have become useless because now you can buy the largest chest and just get one new card out of eight, when before I was getting atleast 3 or 4. I’ve even gotten two of the same cards in the same chest, which never happened before this update. Don’t bother with this game unless you want to spend a lot of money.

I have played this game for 8 years. I used to enjoy it! I started my own tribe and it was not long until my warrants would disappear I was never compensated! Had my coins taken while I was still spinning!! I was not compensated!! Had diamonds taken from me and yes you guessed it… I was not compensated!! Now recently I filed a complaint with them about a girl harassing my tribe members they condoned it and said it was part of the game! And since filing the complaint they have taken the rest of my warrants allowed my tribe members islands to be destroyed along with my own and none of us were allowed to revenge the player’s that destroyed our islands. I messaged customer support yet again to just have them blow me off yet again!! So if you want to waste time and money this is the game you are looking for! If you’re looking for professionals to do their job… you’re out of luck!

I’ve been playing Island King for about 5 months. I always use my hard earned money on IslandKing so that I can enjoy this game to its full potential and so that I can climb higher in this game. However I have noticed no matter how many coins I use Island King has not given me any new cards in about two to three weeks straight. I’ve spent over about 4 to 5 billion coins on chests for new cards and I haven’t received ANY NEW CARDS!!!! That is CHEATING! And that means this game is rigged. Please stop accepting my money that I work hard on WITHOUT AT LEAST GIVING ME NEW CARDS TO COMPLETE SETS! I’ve spent over $500 on this game since I started playing this year! I’m a customer and loyal player. If I don’t start seeing new cards SOON I will go back to coin master and Island King will never get a dollar from me again!!! Very unhappy at this game right now! Billions in coins spent on chests without one new card! Shame on you guys for doing this!

I know I’m not the only one sick of this game having glitches!!! Today I haven’t been able to spin at all. I have 3k spins but every time I spin it lands on the line!! Y’all could post something on your FB page letting us know what’s going on. All we get are admins (who are players as well) telling us in world chat to be patient that you’re working on it. Also being told that the game is too big to do updates all at once! That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard! Lots of BIG games update just fine!!! FIX YOUR GAME AND GIVE BACK EVERYTHING THAT EVERYONE LOST!!! I won’t spend another dime even for King Pass as I have people in my tribe who lost theirs!!! Very unhappy with the people “working so hard” on fixing this game!!! It would help to know SOMETHING!!!

Fun and entertaining, rarely does it get boring. I have not purchased anything extra yet to play this game. There are several goals and daily things for you to earn extra spins and money. There are also several different side games that they alternate to play as well. Sometimes though, it seems like there are days that the wheel doesn’t land on anything helpful and does not give you anything to use for the side games. That’s usually when you run out of spins quickly and have to stop playing, unless you purchase some. It’s one that you can play a couple times a day if wanted. I do recommend this game, enjoy!

I absolutely love this game . Sense I have downloaded IslandKing I have been addicted. Make weekly purchases, participate regularly in activities and tournaments. My favorite game is the tripple seven event but do to it’s unfairness it’s brought me to putting down the game . I save up coins specially to play the tripple 7s game . It’s fun and I’m Glad it’s being put on more often but I saved thousands of coins make it all the way through the map and the very last treasure chest it absolutely gives me crap . No flowers to finish the map . Just constantly gives me a quarter of the coins I need for another spin . Very disappointed after coming so far on the map to the last chest to be cheated out of all my coins . Making it all the way to the end and not even given any flowers to finish the last chest. Now I’m coinless spin less and upset . This has happened to me twice now . I’m excited to play the tripple 7s game and In the end wanting to end my participation in the whole game . I hope my review will be reviewed and taken into consideration because island kind is honestly the only game I have found in awhile that keeps me interested . Other then that I love this game and play it everyday. Thanks

I really like this game because it’s easy to get coins and cards and spins. There are many different aspects to the game as well, so you’re not just spinning, you’re doing puzzle pieces and contributing to your tribe, and you help beat the octopus, etc. I would have given 5 stars if the game did not cheat me. Up until today this game has been so fun! I always do 3x’s the spin, well right now there is an incentive bar for when you hit a certain amount of attacks it rewards you. Well in total I hit the attack button 4 times (which equals 12 times) I was already at 12/18 spins to get my 8.5 million coins. So I hit 24/18 but never received my credit. I needed that 8.5 million to Finish my island. And now I’m out of spins so I have to wait, which by the time I get enough spins my island will be ruined and the incentive bar will be reset to the next fun game. Very fun but I’m feeling cheated. Super bummed about it.

I really have enjoyed this game, it has been the game I come to everyday to relieve stress built up from my day, one thing I do not like is how long it takes ( whole spinning the wheel) to get the option to steal or do stuff to get the rewards to get the money or more spins. I’ll spin about 5-6 times before it lands on something that will give me a chance to win something besides money. And the money does not add up to how much it cost to build the tribes. I really like this game but I feel like it is most definitely rigged and I’m hoping it’s not a game that’s rigged just to scam you out of your money because if that’s the case I’ll just find a new game. And the money I have spent on buying chest. How far I am in the game and I just now finished a collection is kind of ridiculous! But I’m hoping that some better upgrades happen soon because I have enjoyed the game otherwise. Hope to change my stars to 5 stars soon ❤️😍

When I’m not connected to Facebook, I can play the game. But as soon as I try to connect to Facebook, a lot of the time the linking fails or when it finally links and I go to spin, the wheel never stops spinning? I’m not sure why, and I can’t move on to the next island when I finish it( the first island) I finished about 3 times and it doesn’t save. Can this issue be fixed? I’m stuck just playing coin master. Not too happy with not being able to enjoy this game:(

This game is so fun and entertaining, I’ve played other games like this and they are so boring but this one keeps me interested. It is also so easy to upgrade stuff and get coins and other prizes, some games you have to wait forever. This is also a good game to play with friends and family. I don’t ever write a review but I will for this one because I want people to play it and try, it may not be the game for you or it could be, just try it and see for your self. It’s not going to take to much out of your day to just download it and play it for a second. It’s also not hard to delete it if you don’t like it.

I downloaded this game over 2 years ago I believe. It kinda helped get me through a funky time and with lockdown and being pregnant at the time, I couldn’t do much but sleep. Fast forward to now, I recently downloaded it again because I deleted it at one point, not sure why. I started playing again every day and I absolutely love it. I’m on a team and I don’t put any personal money into the game and I still win tournaments. You can get spins everyday by doing a few things. I have no complaints, I just wish gold cards were available to trade with team members!

The game needs to be fixed continues to stop working when you steal bank so I click out and restart the game and it just goes back to the robber holding the bag and you can’t choose who to rob because one is always missing so you can’t choose it won’t let you I waited a whole day to see if it would work right but no still not working I don’t want to reset the game I have over 30 something islands complete please do something to fix the problem

I started this game several years ago I’ve done lost count, but it’s always something new going on that’s interesting and keeps you wanting to move to next set of rewards. I love this game! This game is super addicting! It bears many similarities to its predecessor “Coin Master” it could be the same creators..Not sure… Although it’s a lot like Coin Master Island king possess certain qualities that I like even more than Coin Master. For instance I’ve dumped TONS of money into coin master , this game I haven’t spent not one single red penny and I am still advancing and having fun. Can’t say that of most games out there now a days! Give it a try 🤗
