I watch band

Purchased a 42mm I watch band and was disappointed with the wrist size ! I have small wrists and had to use the biggest notch in the band . The size wasn’t mentioned on the website. I never received shipment email , no mentioning that I needed to be home to sign for it and I even emailed to get a delivery date with no response . I also called Tammy left a voice mail no return call . Very disappointed with this lack of customer service and will not be a returning customer . The only reason I gave one star was the band is pretty !

Return is more trouble than worth! I am NOT a tall woman... so yep... I just received new jeans that I have to cut off and hem.
Packages that are waited weeks to be received should definitely be double checked for correct items before shipment.
