- Spotty coverage at best

- Inconsistent coverage

- App won’t load after multiple tries restarting my device

- Subscription doesn't transfer over when downloaded to AppleTV

app is still not working. Every time i click on past even it says i need to subscribe again for another $35. Customer service is trying to fix and have responded but still no fix.

How to fix RACEXR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RACEXR app on iPhone
Update RACEXR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RACEXR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RACEXR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RACEXR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RACEXR Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RACEXR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RACEXR App
1. On android, goto Settings » RACEXR » click [Force Stop]

Update RACEXR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RACEXR App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RACEXR » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RACEXR.

Fix RACEXR unable to contact server/ RACEXR internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RACEXR » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RACEXR » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RACEXR
