Jet Giveaway Reviews

Have tried to run multiple giveaways on JetGiveaway. I was really excited for all the features that they offer as no other giveaway app I have come across offers anything but selecting random comments, where JetGiveaway gives options for all kinds of entries.
-however, JetGiveaway never worked correctly for me. “Zero” participants in all my giveaways while there was hundreds of actual entries. Email responses are extremely slow, not fast enough to complete a successful giveaway if you are having issues, which you will.
ALSO, the help screen is white text over a white background, you can’t see or read anything. Nice touch there.

I paid $2 to select a giveaway winner. I waited ten minutes for it to load all of the comments and pick the winner. And then, just as the comments finished loading, JetGiveaway crashed. No winner was picked. Absolute waste of time and money.

App crashed in the middle of a draw. You cannot redo a draw without deleting JetGiveaway then reinstalling it then paying AGAIN. garbage .

After I paid the giveaway froze. So I tried again, and it said that it couldn’t paste my link. So I tried again, and it wouldn’t let me hit continue. Terrible.

Apparently JetGiveaway doesn’t work on comments that are large in numbers like 100 or more. It won’t even load the post

JetGiveaway keeps crashing and it has a limit on people joining the giveaway, we’re doing a large one so 3 people would have needed to download it but it crashes when you enter someone

Edit: there is a limit of 6 people

I got JetGiveaway . Tried doing my giveaway. PAID for the giveaway. All for JetGiveaway to not work. Just completely freeze TO THIS DAY. I needed the giveaway for that night anyways so I had to buy a different app / giveaway. When I reached out to he refunded then did not refund me.

Great app in beginning. But no longer working. Doesn’t not copy link anymore. Tried customer service but link for customer service is no longer active.

I paid for the weekly subscription and started my first giveaway via Instagram and thought I’d have the help of this appt o help keep everything organized and fair but unfortunately JetGiveaway didn’t link correctly with my post. It won’t show any of the participants or any information. I am highly upset.

I used JetGiveaway a few months back to do a giveaway and it worked great. The second time it wouldn’t work so I paid for it and then me and someone I suggested JetGiveaway to, got logged out of our account and can’t get back in. This caused many issues for both of us and lots of tears….

I have tried to pull giveaway data from imported IG post links and it never shows.

There is a message that says “The results will be ready max. in 30 min!” However, it’s been 4+ weeks for one and 2 months for another and it’s still not there! When you click check now or start giveaway it tells you the system is “still processing”.

Do not give them your money!

I was so excited to use JetGiveaway to pick the winner of my giveaway but after I processed the payment of $1.99 JetGiveaway stop working, it choose the winner but didn’t screen recorded even when I accepted it, it didn’t let me see the details again, not letting any proof to my participants. Such a shame that after I paid, this happened. I downloaded another app and I didn’t even had to pay anything to proceed with the giveaway.

I used this successfully one time. The second time, it would not work. I had to buy another app. It takes A LOT of time to manually input all extra entries. I spent hours. When I ran the giveaway, it froze. Over and over. There is no one readily available to help. The response to my request for help came over 12 hrs later. I had to find something that would work. I asked for a refund. They told me to ask Apple Support. 🤔 Hours and Money LOST.

I love the JetGiveaway because you have more options to track the steps requested but I’m uncertain its actually effective.

I have no idea if JetGiveaway is still working when selecting a winner. It takes a long time. Screen is a picture and thats it. I tried deleting the campaign and it wouldn’t remove it from JetGiveaway until I completely closed JetGiveaway and reopened it.

Basically, after reading the reviews and with not too many recent ones, I’m skeptical to pay and trust JetGiveaway to do what I want. BUMMER!

So I set up my contest, copy and pasted my rules. Clicked to save my rules but when I exit JetGiveaway and go back into it the rules go back to the default. I have no idea if JetGiveaway is working properly. Keep getting notifications but don’t know what they are for.... just not too sure about JetGiveaway and will probably cancel my subscription and go with something different

They respond very quickly. I have never seen such a quick support.

It had many features and finds participants quickly.
