Have tried to run multiple giveaways on this app. I was really excited for all the features that they offer as no other giveaway app I have come across offers anything but selecting random comments, where this app gives options for all kinds of entries.
-however, the app never worked correctly for me. “Zero” participants in all my giveaways while there was hundreds of actual entries. Email responses are extremely slow, not fast enough to complete a successful giveaway if you are having issues, which you will.
ALSO, the help screen is white text over a white background, you can’t see or read anything. Nice touch there.
Froze. Was told to contact Apple for refund.

I used this successfully one time. The second time, it would not work. I had to buy another app. It takes A LOT of time to manually input all extra entries. I spent hours. When I ran the giveaway, it froze. Over and over. There is no one readily available to help. The response to my request for help came over 12 hrs later. I had to find something that would work. I asked for a refund. They told me to ask Apple Support. 🤔 Hours and Money LOST.

I was so excited to use this app to pick the winner of my giveaway but after I processed the payment of $1.99 the app stop working, it choose the winner but didn’t screen recorded even when I accepted it, it didn’t let me see the details again, not letting any proof to my participants. Such a shame that after I paid, this happened. I downloaded another app and I didn’t even had to pay anything to proceed with the giveaway.
