Paid for a two year subscription for my motorcycle. Every time I am trying to use this there is a glitch, not showing location, app not working, have to login on computer… you name it. Frustrating and time consuming to use and so far I only spent $$$ for nothing. 9 month left, so unless this will come through in the next 9 month… safe to say I will not renew.

My experience over 3 weeks has seen over 50 glitches a day.
I actually can’t think of a single thing with Tracki that had consistently worked over a 3 week period.
Customer service has contacted me with some pretty exotic explanations.
They also have ignored my requests for a full refund.
It’s unfortunate… because a year ago, they were the best?

A basic monthly subscription isn’t cheap and cancellation of that subscription isn’t easy. TrackiGPS doesn’t even appear in your subscriptions, so to cancel you have to submit a request form to TrackiGPS . Then they will apparently try to call you to discuss the cancellation. If they don’t get through they’ll email you with a number to call. Everything about this process feels shady and deliberately complicated. It’s easier to quit a gym than it is TrackiGPS.

I use to like Tracki but now it’s crap. It locked me out of TrackiGPS . So I went online and had to wait the 20 minutes to try again and then the website made me wait 20 minutes again with no explanation whatsoever. I thought the device and app were made to save my life but your problems are making it very difficult to trust you. I bought a personal locator to be safe because your app is going downhill very fast.

My traki worked great for six months. One battery charge lasted 12 days. I recently updated TrackiGPS and now the battery dies in less than a day. The new app pings and updates gps location every 30 minutes even though my settings are saved to only update location one time per 24 hour period. I purchased a new last week and it has the same issue.

I’m disappointed how inaccurate this is. It also doesn’t tell you that each tracking device requires its own subscription. Got two trackers and two one year plans and it’s not accurate at all. Yesterday one of the trackers was 50 miles off. Tracked in the woods. In a lake. Wasn’t located on the road it was on. I’m overall just not happy with it.

I bought this with the intention to protect my car just in case it got stolen. TrackiGPS is not great and crashes whenever I try to put in my information. I can’t even have push notifications without it crashing. Also my tracker bounced from location to location TrackiGPS is a joke

It’s a good and accurate app, but after this update, when I zoom in on the devices location it sets me back to default view every time. Little annoying since I would like to see exactly where it is at and see if it’s still as accurate as before.

Logging would be more accurate and effective if the update cycle was 30 seconds, rather than 1 minute. I’ll give the Tracki system 5 stars if they do that.

I would also give TrackiGPS 5 stars as it has worked without question for two years. However, as of today I can’t even get TrackiGPS to open up. I don’t want to delete it and reload everything because I’m sure I do t have all that information at this point. Paying monthly, it should ALWAYS work without question.

I would give 5 stars but this one issue changes everything. TrackiGPS has worked perfectly up until today. It stopped showing the address location. I am not able to see location of device. I also am not able to troubleshoot or check for bugs.

I have just started setting up TrackiGPS and using the device so I can’t rate those yet, but customer service has been responsive. When setting up the device I did so on a computer and there was some lag time when initializing the phone app. Jared was responsive and helped me through those issues. I will do a review of the device and app after using it

TrackiGPS is super glitchy. It has no iPhone notifications. It’s somewhat delayed. That said, it does what it says it does and that is, it tracks! Please take these critiques lightly as I believe that if worked on can make TrackiGPS and device way better! Thank you!!!

I wanted to find out the location of my partner who I didn’t totally trust so I got these app. It really didn’t get me the satisfaction I wanted but I am glad I went ahead to get it. I returned home from a job interview and had a bonding date with my step-daughter. When I asked who "Matt” Fortunately, Matt left a note containing his number saying, “You can call me if you need anything”. I got the number and talked to my best friend about it, he recommended the services of a phone expert, Paul . I wrote to him at leadtechspy @ gmail and got his phone number. We conversered and I explained the heartbreaking situation to him, we agreed on a fee. He gained complete access to his information using the phone number I got. I saw all his texts with my partner,call log, recent locations and pictures and videos of both of them. My heart was broken into shreds. I never imagined surviving that but here I am writing about this. I filed for divorce later though. I am also recommending Paul’ if you ever find yourself in such dilemma.

Any of the bad reviews are clearly from people that aren't tech savvy whatsoever. I've been using Tracki for about a year now and it's AMAZING. For a very small fee of $20/month you get live accurate tracking!
I purchased the battery pack extension so the device lasts about 1-2 months which Is mind blowing.
Tracki has given me complete peace of mind and I couldn't be more grateful.
Also, the customer service is absolutely perfect. Not going to lie, I expected customer service to be horrible but I was wrong. I've had to call them twice for minor issue and they answered right away and were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend!

I found my favorite application. I like TrackiGPS because it helps me know not only where I am but also my friends are. We can meet together more easily.

I’ve been using tracki gps tracker for a few days now and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. I am using this to track my employee car and it greatly increased the efficiency of my business. The tracking is accurate and reliable. Definitely recommended.

A year ago this was alright but now the Tracki app is great and I don’t have problems anymore. Every update is better and better so I can track my Acura integra and not worry about it disappearing because I’ll jump in a homies car and catch them. If my car moves 3feet I get a text message on where and how fast it’s going. It uses cellular data

This is a great app for not just tracking your Child. This can also be used as a phone finder as it not only tells you where the phone is at the exact moment, but it also allows to track where it has been, so you know if it's been stolen or it was just lost. All you have to do after sign in on TrackiGPS just adding your device with the Add Tracker feature. This is awesome man!

App worked for a few days and now will not let me login. Seems useless at this point.

I set it up and it doesn’t recognize my password and TrackiGPS keeps crashing — very frustrating. Seems I am not the only one with this problem.

Read reviews during purchase about 30 day battery life and it is more about 3 days.

App continuously crashes, looking to cancel and find a different unit.

Everything was working fine up until this update, I’ll admit the interface is nicer than previous but TrackiGPS keeps crashing, some settings will not stay enabled. It has a lot more issues I can’t write in this review. To the developer, if you are reading this, please fix TrackiGPS .

New update won’t let me zoom in on location

Just started using the tracki app, having a hard time setting up phones to be notified and changing settings per tracker. Just keeps coming up an endless loading screen

It was working fine but it keeps logging me out of TrackiGPS everyday after one day I couldn’t login because it says unavailable to verify code

It seems like the developers put out TrackiGPS before it was ready for prime time. It is full of bugs. Some functions are non-responsive. Others freeze TrackiGPS . The interface is unnecessarily complicated and non-intuitive.

Exceptional customer service from Jared! Love my Tracki replacement for the Tumi tracker that was unexpectedly canceled with 1 week notice. This tracker has so many more options, accuracies. Wish I’d gone here first !
