Not loading
It’s not loading. Why is that?

I live in Santa Barbara CA. This last week we experienced a profound amount of water (rain). The Tracki was on the under-carriage of the car. At the current time the Tracki appears not to be charging nor do the the red charging light nor the green functioning light appear to be working (lighting). I removed the Tracki from the under-carriage of the car and brought it into the house for charging last Sunday evening. When I removed the device from the rubber covering, the Tracki was “humid” not wet on the exterior. I plugged in the device to the charging cable and the red light indicating the device was charging did not light. I removed the battery and it appeared to be completely dry. I replaced the battery and plugged the Tracki back into the charging cable. The Tracki has now been “charging” for 3 days and the charge indicator remains at 8%. What is strange is the device “knows” where it is located. I was able to download the history through Sunday evening and that appears to be complete and accurate. Might you be able to assist me in troubleshooting? I REALLY need the use of the device starting late afternoon Friday (13th). Best regards, Kent 805-729-4695
My tracki device an all will not update an will take sometime up to an hour or two to update locations
Tracki will not update every minute. I have a subscription that is current.
My tracki device doesn't update the location on my app.
My app doesn’t update locations. Unless I X out the app and re open it and then it updates the location
App not downloading from Google play store on my android.
I need to return the Tracki device. I can not afford the monthly charge. Please send me information on where to send it and how to get my refund for the device. Laurie
Map is not following the moving Tracki. Tracking the device is slow and in testing, sometimes never catches up or updates the location.
