I downloaded the app. Decided not to use it due to their limited coverage. Erased it. And now they started to charge me , $23 was the last one. I asked my credit card company to put them in the delinquent list. They are investigating them. Stay away and learn from my mistake, you pay just because you decide to download it. As mentioned by others they charge invented charges. Even if you never used it. Stay away. Wasting now time and having to cancel credit card. The response from the developer is nonsense. We contacted them multiple times to the address mentioned and they never responded. As mentioned we had to cancel the credit card and Amex started a fraud investigation.
They bring you to the app by promise of high coverage. You install and find out most of the places are pending. Then you decide is not worth it, and ask to remove the car. It takes them days to do that. In that window if you use, even if you removed the app and ask to remove the car, they charge you. So if they take N days, you will be charged twice during that time! N was 4 times longer than to register the dar for me. Even if you pay the toll while going through. Months after this still fighting the charge. They responded to me citing the small print in their terms of use, standard predatory practices. Stay away from these guys!

I made an account for a rental car in SF prior to reading on the app that it should not be used for rental cars, so had canceled the account and requested a refund, planning to pay tolls with cash or online. I ended up getting charged for a toll on the app and saw that since I had requested a refund, there was a “forced payment” from my Venmo account and the status showed “paid” on the app so I did not add funds to the account, thinking it was taken care of. The next month I was charged a late fee and again notified of another “forced payment” from Venmo. I thought this was weird and went to dispute the second charge but then noticed that the initial charge had disappeared from Venmo. After this charge the status again said it was paid and I saw the payment on my Venmo account. This has happened now for a third month in a row, and a second late fee was added. Essentially, they are notifying customers of a forced Venmo payment which is not actually charged so that you continue to get late fees added. The response from support team is that I should have added funds (even though I was notified the payment was being taken from my Venmo). I should also note that this was not a result of inadequate funds in my Venmo or bank account.

This app is horrible, it hasn’t caught any of my tolls on toll roads it covers, I wish I never loaded any money on this app. In the beginning of using I got a charge from my rental car I’d already removed, they said tell the rental company I paid it.. I still got charged by the rental company for the toll and I ended up not saying anything because their customer service is horrible. Then weeks after for the same rental car that I was no longer driving I got another charge(AFTER REMOVING IT) I contacted customer support and they were rude and told me the car had already been removed... LOL thanks, ya that’s why I’m contacting you. I wanted to be assured that I wouldn’t be charged anymore and they acted like “duh the care is removed from you account” to which I said “well it still got charged recently removed from my account when it was removed weeks ago”. Overall, do not put money in to this, I regret it. Once I use my last toll if it picks it up I’m going to just delete my account and miss out on 5-10 dollars because this is such a horrible app.
