BET+ Status

My BET plus cuts off in the middle of a show and I can’t start it back or it will pause in the middle of a show and I can’t find it it will go to the next episode.

Pictures won’t pop up when trying to watch it and it won’t let me watch anything it says unavailable

Unable to watch show a lot of lagging and freezing.

After watching show for about a couple of hours, the shows start to lag and then freeze.

I can watch BET PLUS on my phone but not on my TV. Why????

Shows keeps stopping midway and going back to the Home Screen. Sistas ATQM anything I watch on Bet+ It’s very frustrating for the price

There's a series I want to watch that season 2 starts tonight, but it won't show the option for season 2 just season 1. The series is All The Queen Men.

Every movie I’m trying to watch is freezing, I really need this to stop.

Keeps lagging the voices don’t match

Keeps stopping in middle of what you watching, going back to home screen continues to do this.very annoying.

When clicking on BET+ app it opens and when I click on any shows, it keeps spinning then it says “Sorry this video is not available”.

Why can’t I watch the BET plus I did a 7 day trial then after the trial it took 9.99 when I log in it says I have to subscribe if you already took my 9.99 it renews on July 10 so why can’t I watch

I am having trouble watching all programs on BET+! All shows are buffering and when finally shows voices are not matching up to scene; quite frustrating. My monthly fee is deducted faithfully and I expect to be able to view my programs faithfully. Fix this problem!!!

I can not get any of the updated shows like Sistas Season 4 Eposide 13. I know it aired June 1st. The channel keeps buffering. This is so annoying to be paying for something I can see.

Interruptions

As a new subscriber...it's seems to be plenty of frustration as it relates to this app. My concern...are solutions in the making. I spent a lot of time researching in the midst of an error code. Help

Yes they took the money off my bank card for my bet plus bill and now they turned it off on my phone now I want it put back on there I sign into my account and they said i had to pay it again and I'm not doing it
