BET+ Status

It keeps goin on and off my subscription is paid why is it doing that

Why can’t I watch a whole episode without it going to another. Example: I’m watching an episode of American Gangster and this episode is 1 hour long but it only play 12 minutes and skip to the next episode

Not loading. Just spinning.

BET+ keeps saying unavailble error 2000, crashing, stopping in the middle of a video, buffering for long periods of time. This is NOT what I paid for!

I have a charge of $10.66 a month coming from my account each month and I do not have BET+, neither does anyone in my household. Please someone contact me back to discuss this matter.

I have Roku and i am paying for Bet+ but i cant stream season 4 of the Oval or season 5 of Sistas . When i try to get those shows it takes tells i need a tv provider i have wifi through T-Mobile. Is that not a tv provider. I just want to watch my shows since i am paying for them. Thank you.

Been trying to watch multiple series no luck. Keeps saying video not available. Smh ridiculous will be canceling my subscription

I was told by one of the agents with BET Plus that it connects to Chromecast there was some problems and they are fixing it but I have yet to hear back from them with with a Android app that works the ones that are coming up say that there's a bug in it and that it's coming from you guys please help me to download an app that is secure and works so that I can stream it to my TV I bought a annual subscription and and have only been able to watch it three times before it cut out off of my Chromecast how else can I stream it to to my older TV without using Chromecast please help

Bet+ app not working with Chrome cast. It show bet+ Icon, then screen Display video casting Screen goes dark and it freezes there.

Hi this is Mattie I have a problem with my bet+it's not letting me watch the new episodes how do I fix this I already tried to take the app off and redo it on a sign into every last of the one to bet on the website still nothing I never this a new problem like it used to work and now it's not working please help cuz otherwise I'm just paying my money for something I can't even watch on the same day it comes out

This app constantly stops in the middle of shows and movies, it does not work 90% of the time. Please do something about this, I have never came across so many issues with an app.

I also have : ladycriggins115@redacted on my devices. I have 2 smart tv's and BET+ is charging me for 2 different accounts but I'm NOT able to watch distaste season5!!!! I am FIRED up!! Take my money but I can not stream watch what I want then I also have paid for previous episodes/seasons so that's even More MONEY!!! Y'all dead a-- wrong and OWE me too!

The app is hard to open up and when I do open up it keeps stopping in the middle of each program constantly

The BET plus buffers continously when I watch it. I am thinking about canceling my subscription

Every since I've had bet + it has been buffering none stop. It's downloaded on my kodi firestick. It's the only channel that does that.

The app will not allow me to watch season2, episode 10 of All the queens men. It skips to the end and starts another series.

Crashing on Samsung smart tv

The app buffers a lot. Sometimes it will say, sorry this video is not available.

Cancelling because I can't every watch anything from beginning to end. Spinning/error message/freezes and couple of times the app disappeared and had to reinstall/setup. They need to issue refunds/credits for these problems. Don't have problems with other streaming apps so bye BET+ until you get your app working.

I have the same problem that everybody has with this app. Shows keep stopping and freezing or app doesn't work at all. I rarely get to watch yet I'm paying. Clearly a lot of people have complained about the same problem can y'all fix the app once and for all

Constant spinning, no matter what I try to watch

Paying for a App that works 20% of the time. Same problem just spins then gives an error message. How can this problem be fixed once and for all. I have 6 other streaming apps and only this one is not working. Like other comments not worth the money.

All the queens men not showing keeps going back to home screen not doing this with family business. What is going on with this.
