Not working as expected, V1 was better

I don’t know why this app doesn’t work for me. I work for a big company and we use it to share posts socially but I basically have all but stopped since the 2.0 came out. I can’t post to more than 2 social accounts, it’s hard now to find articles, and the notification function is awful and broken. The previous version was fantastic and I am severely disappointed with this one. First, 3 months ago I tried to automate a post and started receiving hundreds of notifications that it failed to post and found now way to cancel it. When I try to clear the notification it says it’s marking all as read and never does, so it looks like I always have a new notification.

My company seems to have created a lot more channels by users and a lot are empty. I don’t just see the same amount of curated content for some reason like in 1.0. I just tried to download and use the previous version but it looks like it was blocked by my company, likely for security reasons. Oh well, guess I just will hope this version gets better.

Can someone from support reach out to me? Maybe I am just doing something wrong? Really wanna use the app but this is been overly frustrating.
