Haven’t received my order

I was excited to purchase from this site as they have a wide variety of snacks and teas. Unfortunately, my order is unfulfilled. When I track my package it says it was returned for some reason to New Jersey and it’s been delivered there. Meanwhile I’m in Chicago. I haven’t received any updates and it’s been about a week. Can’t get through to customer service for a refund.

I purchased 24 unit of yakisoba noodle. It arrived with one month only to expiration! Nowhere was it disclosed that they were expiring. I wouldn’t have purchased them. These are suppose to last me months. When I told them that they were expiring. No solution was offered. They just answered that it is all they have !

yummy is unable to restock many thins we used to order makes ordering for free shipping quite difficult. Fortunately, for us, other obtain retailers increasingly respond to stock items that YB no longer stocks, or don’t reply to requests as to when we might expect to reorder.
