Hello I'm currently working on the ephesians study and every time I'm answering the questions the app freezes up. I have to close the app and go back in and hope my answers were saved, they're not more than half of the time..

I'm trying to complete the James study on the wordgo app, but in the questions section I'm missing questions. They will jump from say #2 on day 1 to #4 on day 2, missing #3. I'm not sure how to fix it.

I am doing a study on the wordgo app and all my answers that I typed in are gone. how can I retreive them?

Force Stop the WordGo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WordGo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WordGo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WordGo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WordGo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WordGo.
