PLEASE HELP. How do I contact support? There isn’t a way through the game.
I bought the beginner package, TWICE for coins, GC, and a gift. Why are you showing me as ALT account? I’m understanding I should have earned GC while leveling. I’m level 10 now.

The game shows I have an Alt. I found out, this means I have an ALTERNATIVE account. But it’s not. I only have this game once. I don’t have another device I’m playing on. Why would u think this? Is it because I don’t have a FB account? I don’t use FB.
I just bought a bunch of GC and your trying to tell me this is an ALT account. Do I have to create a FB account to change this? I’m level 10. I did play PC on FB, I closed my FB account some time ago. For some reason it’s not won’t allowing me to create a new FB account under my email address.

I visited people from the pool, only 4 people had things for me to click, or clean up. The pool only allows me 10 people to visit. Instructions read I can visit 20 a day to clean up rooms.

Since I’m a guy, I chose a male character and i got all female items in my closet. Shouldn’t I have gotten male items?
There is no way for me to contact support in this game? Only by FB?
How do I add a picture of myself in my neighbor bar?
Please help.

This game is a lot of fun, as I play it for several hours out of the day, however there are two things that have stood out to me. One, it is super hard to put the clothes on the animal. I have to try several times and sometimes I accidentally put them in a different closet because it is so close to the feet while trying to change their shoes. I have played pet buddies and there is no issue with this. Secondly, it doesn’t show me when I’m at the shop if I have previously purchased this item. This is a problem for me when I’m shopping for clothes and I cannot remember if I have it or not due to it not showing so, again in pet buddies this isn’t a issue it tells you how many you have already purchased. Thirdly, this isn’t my main concern but is kinda off putting, the rooms are extremely small unlike pet buddies, can there be easier ways to expand? Overall this is a very great game and I play it daily but these few flaws are making me like and play pet buddies just a bit more. Thank you for putting countless hours for countless hours of fun. <3

I first started playing one over 10 years ago now and I played that for quite a while made many friends long lasting friends and they some of the kindest people! I really love my PC peeps and then I hadn’t played for a couple of years because Facebook no longer supported adobe flash and I didn’t think about PetCity2 or anything like that I didn’t even know went to an app until last spring of 2023 I started playing again and fell in love with it all over again I was so happy to see my old friends still playing. There was a great support system here as well it’s very interesting and inclusive and creative and you can do so much here and you don’t have to spend money if you don’t want…it’s totally up to you! I laugh when I say yeah I’m spending real money to buy fake money or whatever but you know whatever makes your heart happy it’s like a hobby everybody spends money on a hobby and this would be a hobby as well so it’s not the worst thing in the world if you get something here for your money -you get enjoyment!

My granddaughter introduced me to this game and I’m so glad she did. You begin with creating your little pet. You can move through the game pretty quickly and soon you get a playmate for your pet. So now I actually have two characters. You dress them in all kinds of clothes and you can buy furniture with coins earned as you climb higher in the game and decorate their Houses. There is just so much to do and it never gets old because every week their is new stuff. It’s a very interesting game and so much fun.

This is the best game in the entire universe 🤩If you love decorating and interacting with other players on your spare time, this is the game for you. It’s very relaxing but most of all it’s super fun and every week you’ll see a new theme release on Mondays plus all other themes they already have once you enter the game. This game has the best developers ever that will always help you out with any questions or concerns, they will respond asap. I love this game so much. Give it a try you won’t regret it🤩

I play Pet City and Pet Buddies on iOS. They are very similar but also fairly different. I am amazed that the developers manage to come up with two new themes each week while living in the middle of a war zone. I look forward to seeing the new themes each week. You can play without spending any money but once you decide to spend real money you will be addicted to the virtual retail therapy. Thanks Val and team for two awesome games!!!

My wife showed me this game and now we play together all the time! One of the best design games because you can layer almost everything, turn things, resize them, stack them. It is so much fun to see what you can create and what rooms you design. Another thing I love is sending gifts! My wife and I love that feature it’s like a free way to spoil each other! The little characters are adorable and I hope to see more customization for them in the future

The themes are wonderful. You can play this game totally free but so much more fun if you spend money and buy things! I will have played 14 years come March 2026 I love the game!

Pet City is like the cutest little virtual doll and dollhouse. You can play completely free or you can purchase extras to make it even more fun. The game creators/staff, especially Val have always been easy to contact for help. They release new collections each Monday. My favorite is the seasonal releases, especially HALLOWEEN! :) They also have large groups of fans on Facebook who trade, make game suggestions, gift, share, make friends and neighbors. Highly recommend! All ages.

If you’re looking for a game to entertain yourself, find new friends this is the game it’s a excellent game especially like a person like me that has anxiety. This is my time to relax when I’m on my game I’ve been playing this game for a couple years and I make great neighbors, they only my neighbors they like my family. I appreciate Val and the crew. They do an amazing job when you need them they’re there for you they listen to you. I’ve been playing this game for over 5 yrs. and love it. The designers are hands on when you need anything or need help. The little pets are so adorable and have lots of clothes and accessories to dress them up. There’s releases every week with new things to decorate your room. It’s also a great way to meet people from all over the world. I have lots of friends from other countries . If you are looking for a new game to play download PetCity2 . You won’t be disappointed. Seriously, if you love interior design games, this one is that PLUS so many extras. There’s so much to do and the cuteness factor on top of it all makes this one of the best apps out there. They bring a new theme every week and keep them forever so there are probably 100 or more themes to build your room around. It’s always fresh. Never boring. I love looking at other players designs from all over the world and seeing how different and alike we see things. I’ve been playing over a decade consistently. It’s the longest game I’ve ever had and never taken down. It brings my world a little peace and makes me feel like a little girl again.

Awesome game! I have never played a game with so much friendly support and that is amazing ! That is just one reason this is my favorite game.
Another reason is that I am able to play and interact with dear friends and family. Even our friends from UK and I visit several times a week.

If I ever have a question or need to figure something out, the support system is incredible at helping ! They keep going until I understand what is happening. 99% of the time, it is an error on my part…..user error. ☺️.

I enjoy playing this game and caring for my little pets before bedtime each night. I find it relaxing and love the creative aspect of it , decorating rooms and my home , Looking after my adorable little pets.

I began playing this with my young granddaughter in another state. After she passed from Cystic Fibrosis many years ago , I found comfort in continuing with Pet City 2 .

My family and I adore PetCity2. There’s a new release ( theme ) every Monday. No other game or developers put so much time, work, imagination and heart into their making the players happy. If you have a problem they do everything to help and fix it. I can’t recommend this game enough. You even become friends with your neighbors. One neighbor is even now my children's honorary auntie. There’s even Facebook groups for giveaway’s ,trades, selling and showing off rooms or outfits you made. If your looking for a fun game with wonderful people you found it ❤️

I play both Pet City and Pet Buddies, and I am hooked on these two games. I am amazed at the graphics in both of these games and they also provide wonderful animation. This game is a stress buster for me and I visit these games a couple times each day. I have made some great friends from all over the world in my games. The developers are constantly available to help us whenever we need them-I so appreciate that! Do I like one game more than the other? Probably not-both are kind of the same, but I feel Pet City is more advanced in their graphics, while playing Pet Buddies is easier-I love them both♥️

Love this game! It’s super cute. Very fair pricing for any extras you want. So many games cost so much and hardly give you anything for your money. This game is different from those. Your cash goes far in this game. Also fun for the free to play players. And the thing I love best about this game is the developer, Val, who is always available to help you with any problems or questions you have about the game. I haven’t seen that in any of my other games I play. He’s sooo kind. I’ve been playing this games for years now and look forward to playing for many more. Also, the friends you make our treasures.

So I’ve been playing off and on for a while more on the last couple of months and I can’t say enough about it. I love the graphics the inventor who is always available for questions on the game. It’s so cute and you can invent a new room every week. I just love my little house on the prairie room and wonderful neighbors who are so helpful with tips and tricks to playing. We get cash daily so you don’t have to spend money out of pocket for anything and that’s a plus for me. And if there is something you really must have neighbors are always so happy to help out. Love love it. Ok I gotta go play see you on the game.

I have come back to Pet City 2 after a long absence. This game brings out my design creativity and fashion sense. I’m able to decorate rooms or design lovely gardens! Each week brings a new theme from fantasy to a famous city somewhere around the world.

As you develop your skills, there are contests for the best designed rooms, or specialty contests for the best design of an element specific to the week’s theme. Trophies are given out! So many ways to make friends, learn new skills, and ways to just have fun while getting rid of your stress! I could not go through a day without playing! Come join us!

I began playing PetCity years ago and I loved It very much. It is a truly amazing game to build , create , make fun friends and share your stories with the rooms you build . PetCity 2 is my all time favorite game to play. It relaxes me and takes stress away from me and it is a great escape from the real world.

I will continue to play and enjoy this fantastic game as long as I can . The graphics are great, the animations are terrific, it’s just a wonderful game to get lost in . 😊👍🏻👍🏻
