I love TOR. I have iPhone XS w/ 256GB. I tried out TOR browser +VPN, liked it but let it expire due to lack of funds. It shows up as expired in my Apple "Subscriptions". I came back to TOR and purchased the $6.99 mo, thinking I was getting the same thing: the Browser + the VPN. VPN appears "on" (VPN green toggle) under first page of Settings, but when I go to the Onion icon on the iPhone Home Screen to access the TOR Browser, and click: I see the VPN Green w/lightning bolt logo saying the IP is protected, but when I click on the TOR Browser Purple Oval Bar to access TOR Browser, It shows the TOR Browser page only very briefly, 1-2 seconds then crashes, saying "TOR connection Failed" with "Service unavailable". Browser has only worked twice with short lived access, so I suspect it's a tech issue, but don't know what I'm doing wrong or what the problem is or how to fix it. Since it worked twice before , I feel it's a tech issue, but can't figure out what it is. I just don't want to keep paying for something that is not working. Is this a tech issue or did I buy the wrong TOR app and the $6.99 is ONLY for the VPN? I considered a possible uninstall, cancelling subscription, and then a reinstall with new subscription, so I went to Apple Apps on iPHONE, and there are 5!!! different TOR apps, all looking very much the same with limited descriptions of how they are different. I'm not tech savvy, but not dumb, but honestly I can't make heads or tails out of which one I bought and which one is going to give me Browser + VPN. There's one TOR app that goes for $6.99 monthly unlimited, I figured that's the one I bought, but I can't tell from the wording if it is for both Browser and VPN, and then it offers a "Premium" subscription for $1.99 !!! but it doesn't tell the difference between the two. Is the $1.99 limited to time restrictions and what are they? and/or Is the $1.99 limited to how many uses... what's the difference. And here's the real sticky wicket: when I go to Settings: Subscriptions, and scroll down to the expired apps, I find the one I had used and it says, if you want to renew just clicked here (!) So did it not renew? So did I end up buying something different? If so, what do I do now? Tor also says if I want to cancel to go to iTunes to do so, but the app and subscription are not found under iTunes... So here's another problem: I have downloaded the TOR Browser on my new MacBookPro MonterreyOS 12.3.1; sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If I purchase TOR Browser and VPN for my iPhone, can I also put it on other devices, like my MacBookPro. If so, how many devices. And how do I do that? Do I need serial numbers or links to open, or download and install? etc. TOR needs some kind of phone or chat customer service hotline... tnx. Still love TOR.
