Sort of?

It kinda works, but the echo of your voice is quite distracting. Plus, I purchased it, and after several months of HeadShadow being rather dormant on the phone it seemed to have forgotten this and now I’d have to purchase it again to tinker with it.
While it states it works with an audiogram, there’s nowhere in the software to add yours. It means well, I’m sure.

Features

Head Shadow is an iPhone hearing aid app for people with single-sided deafness or mild hearing loss in both ears.

If you have mild hearing loss in both ears, play the Head Shadow app with any headphones you currently own.

The Head Shadow app’s equalizer sliders can fine-tune the amplification of all ten frequencies of standard audiograms obtained from a hearing test.

The app then captures sounds near the bottom iPhone microphone, amplifies them, and plays them on your headphones.

Then, the app’s audio equalizer amplifies the sounds and plays on wired headphones or AirPods.
