It’s bad enough I couldn’t see how the app worked without signing up for a subscription service but once I signed up it simply didn’t work. It asked a couple of questions and then kept taking me back to the start screen and when I retyped the house info it says “exceeded the max number of houses” and no it won’t do anything. No number to call. I deleted and added the app again I tried on a different Apple device and no luck. No ability to reach a help desk so this review is the only way I can reach someone. Very frustrated.

Hi, I want to share with you my experience with viphomelink. I signed up for it but I cannot unsubscribe. I clicked every button in the App to find the "subscription" option but couldn't find it. I went to the "customer help forum" and the way they told me how to unsubscribe does not work. I emailed them multiple times to unsubscribe, but they never replied. I cannot find a phone number on their website. I believe they are doing this intentionally and they succeeded. By the way, the app has the worst interface of the century

There’s so much to do around the home that it’s hard to keep track of it all. This app sends me reminders, so I remember it all! Plus, I’ve learned so much about taking care of my home. I didn’t know that my home has a place to shut-off the water, and when my water heater started to leak, I found out why and called a professional to fix it! Now if only it would cut my lawn for me.
