I received information from Eversource that they were replacing the meter boxes in my community, Spicket Commons. I made an appointment for 2/12/24 to have the service done. The technician came and relaced the meter and came in my apartment and looked in my utility room on my outside porch. I don't know what he did but I don't have hot water now. I call the 800 number and was told I have to make an appointment with an outside maintenance company to correct to situation. I feel this poor customer service since I didn't have a hot water issue before the technician came. Please resolve this issue. Thank you

I live at 22 sylvan Way , North Swanzey , NH. At the end of our driveway there is a utility pole. Pole is OK, but it has a yellow and red ribbon tied around it maybe 5 or 6 feet above the ground. I do not see any other poles on the street that have any ribbons on them. My question is , Do you have any idea why it is there ? Thank You Wayne Christo

Hi — The data I’m finding online doesn’t do much for me. I’m looking for different info about solar net metering facts, all re New Hampshire. 1. How many households (paying family units/accounts) are included in actual, current NH net metering? 2. How much is the average household saving annually via the net metering program? Do you know of any households using megatherm approaches to avoid net metering? [Swimming pools might work as mega therms.] 3. Online info suggests to me that even before the net metering cap was reached, there was a process of not-mentioned-length to join net metering. What was the average length of time to join net metering (before cap restrictions), and what were the real, physical (vs. administrative) obstacles that contributed to delays? 4. If a household has a 30+ year old electric panel, what is the liklihood that it will have to be replaced before qualifying for net metering? 5. What is the net metering cap that has been reached? How soon is an increase in the cap expected? What is holding up (contributing to) this increase? 6. Individual household solar installations provide household protection against grid-power outages. So, what is being done to reduce life-threatening exposure to grid failures? North Carolina has demonstrated one (of several) exposures to grid failure, and the cost to produce the failures has been de minimus. Domestic terrorists can produce grid failures anywhere in the country at chump-change cost, yet big bucks to repair. A major shutdown in NH in January could cost thousands of lives (deaths by hypothermia).

I would like to talk with regional Line safety manager. Regarding a large listing Pine tree with a large branch precariously over hanging the main power lines on our Namequoit Street in So Orleans MA. Just last year a branch came down leaving over 300 people stranded on the one way in/out of namequoit St for three days without power. Many senior residents on our street. Please respond to this e-mail or call my cell 781-752-5789

Still no way to track usage, whether you use the web or the app

The app is just another way to pay bills. That’s it. It achieves what your online banking app already achieves. What I have always been looking for is a way to track my electrical usage. That yearly long graph should be available right on the home screen. I still have to click into the bill. Which you can’t zoom in on without it distorting. To track my electrical usage. How much I am up or down in usage. And where I compare to other uses like national grid does. The biggest advancement they’ve made is you can use your fingerprint to log in. Yippie!

Horrible App

I installed this app because I tried to report an outage at my home, but their website kept telling me they could not find my account, even though I was logged in. So I thought the App was they way to go. I logged in with the App and it surely tells you when your next bill is due. But when I tried the Report an Outage feature it kept saying “Error, try again later” !! What good is the App if it can’t take your outage report. What a joke. Do they have any one in IT there? Don’t bother with this app until they fix this issue.

Maybe this review will get some attention!

I am only giving this low rating to see if the programmers will do something about a minor but irritating problem. If you use facial recognition to sign in and then sign off, the app immediately jumps back to “sign in” mode and signs you back in. The only way to “sign off” is to tilt the phone so it can no longer see your face and try to hit the “sign off” button...not actually very easy. Otherwise, I like the app. It’s silly for a reasonably good app to have a goofy little defect. Fix it, already!
