I can’t even like do everything😡 and it gives you LOTSS of ads . Pulse if your trying to make comics this is just not ComicCartoonStoryMaker . Oh and it’s VERY glichei a waste of your time.
Immediately tries to get you to buy a better version of ComicCartoonStoryMaker (annoying, but ignorable) then when you think you're in the clear, you select a template, and this hot load of dukie has the nerve to tell you you have to download a second app.
You can’t change the character when you choose custom comics. Can’t resize fonts. Very limited options to do anything.
Love everything about ComicCartoonStoryMaker, especially being able to import my own characters. Wish there was some seasonal backgrounds. All and all great app.
I’m sorry to say this but I hate ComicCartoonStoryMaker you can’t even pick your own character! And the comics are so short so I don’t like ComicCartoonStoryMaker I give it a 1.5
App worked once. Then open-crashes every time… after it took my payment! iPhone 15.
It looks like you have free reign to make your own content. But you cant. All you do is organize pre posed characters, which a handful. You can’t even customize their looks. I want my moneys back.
ComicCartoonStoryMaker works but usually lags .. and the design could use a LOT of work. And it really needs more features. And I wish in the future we can add our own characters. And add more pages to the comic book.
Everything was working fine until I got to making the actual comic strip. Every button I pressed made my game crash. I don’t know if its only a problem for my iPad or something but you guys need too fix this!
This doesn’t even deserve a star, you can’t draw your own characters and there is barley anything about ComicCartoonStoryMaker. I should have trusted the reviews and not have gotten it. To any reader who has taken their own time to read this, please don’t make my mistake, and just don’t get it.
I got ComicCartoonStoryMaker because I love making comic books! Then I realized, there is only a couple options for characters- actually, ComicCartoonStoryMaker picks the characters you use :( at least the last time I saw it that was what it was like. You can’t add your own background either and there is not much to do. ComicCartoonStoryMaker is not awesome, it’s horrible. If you want people to be making comics that are best selling books, they shouldn’t use ComicCartoonStoryMaker, because it’s not good.
So I got ComicCartoonStoryMaker and wanted to make a comic called angels and demons, but the characters that I were going to us. I had to get a subscription to get them! It would be fine if they didn’t really us it in the marketing but they did. They make you think you are getting what are in the photos, but nope you have to get a subscription to get those characters. I didn’t even play for a minute before deleting ComicCartoonStoryMaker ! Just don’t get it know matter what!
The font colors change… but not the size?
Can’t use an Apple Pen? Why not? Instructions? I’ll look again. This could be good and fun… please update. Definitely not worth the $6.99 as is.

You can barely modify anything with ComicCartoonStoryMaker. For instance you can’t add any text other than the existing bubbles. You can’t change backgrounds. This whole thing seems to have shut down on me. When you go to the menu you are brought to a page that really doesn’t have anything to do with settings, just rating and the selection of more apps, etc…. Cool idea, but little in terms of modifications. I haven’t even been able to save work.
ComicCartoonStoryMaker is nice and simple to use, however there is a lot of cleaning up to do. For some reason when you go to type you can’t capitalize all the letters and for some reason it capitalizes the first letter in every word? It also doesn’t save to your Image gallery, so if you want to save what you’ve made you have to screen shot it. And the custom part of ComicCartoonStoryMaker is a mess, you can’t access other characters and are only left with one. You cannot change the position of the callout nor change it too look different, however you can type in it but it has the same typing problems I mentioned earlier. The only thing you can really change is the background.
It’s amazing and simple to use but there is you can’t like get a bunch of pages like one or two or three even if it’s like flipping over like that it’s still doesn’t allow you to do two pages and all that stuff so it’s not. It’s very annoying but it’s really fun you get to get to write a bunch of stuff and it is really fun.

I like it but there is not enough space for a lot of words. It is super annoying. Other than that it is nice and fun. # love the settings.
When you try to like put one more strip you got to pay I don’t like that you could of make us pay for some thing else people with any money that want to design there own comic won’t like this the is free to download so just make it free
I originally downloaded that app from my phone and in fact I couldn’t switch characters, it kept capitalizing the first letter of every word and so on. However, I decided to try it on my IPad and it works. I can actually switch characters etc and it performs well. I don’t think the developers made it cell phones friendly. Just use a bigger screen like a table and you will be fine.
