DO NOT GET CartoonLocker!!!! They keep charging you even after you’ve canceled your subscription. They also charge you multiple times during each month while you have the subscription. COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!

CartoonLocker has taken money twice in the same week! I would not recommend.

I downloaded CartoonLocker cause I saw an ad for it of course it was all too good to be true so when I got in CartoonLocker I went to watch a show (it’s free for the first show/or movie you watch) and when u exit out of CartoonLocker and enter back again it asks for your email I put it in and since I’m a minor it didn’t except and neither did my card information cuz I’m broke so it couldn't do anything but I know how to play them you see after the first thing you watch and you exit it locks but if you delete and download again it keeps being free and also if you never exit the show you’re watching they will never ask to charge cause the issue is when you exit CartoonLocker Im still watching everything for free and I’ve downloaded and deleted about 15 times and still I can watch everything for free just DO NOT PUT YOUR EMAIL OR YOUR CARD INFORMATION. I tried downloading it cause the content looked amazing. Realized when i signed for the free trial they charged me immediately. Put no attention to it until I tried watching a show and it gave me an error message. Tried cancelling the subscription and it wouldn’t let me. In order to stop them from charging me I had to tell my bank my account had FRAUD on it. It’s the only way to stop them from taking money away. After that it seemed like I was getting A TON of emails from a Justin Lindsay saying the payment couldn’t go through. I legitimately sent a email back saying, “leave me alone” and I finally got a email back saying my subscription was cancelled. Poor app. Poor service. Who ever made CartoonLocker you’re a loser. Apple do us all a favor and band the creator from making another stupid app. To say you should get one star isn’t even justice to how garbage this application is.

being stupid, i didn't read reviews before putting card information in, because i had been wanting to watch this one show from my childhood and haven't been able to find it anywhere and got excited. i immediately new something was wrong after cause the home screen of CartoonLocker didn't look like a good reliable app and i got bad vibes. the reviews were horrible and rightfully so, DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND DO NOT GIVE CARD NUMBER! i saw that you couldn't email them, and i found out that when you clink on the link for the email it puts in two // before the email so it says it's blocked but if you remove those it doesn't say that. hopefully they will cease my subscription before it gets too out of hand. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

I just signed up for my one month free trial, but it ended up charging my card not only once but 4 times. There’s also nowhere in CartoonLocker that you can go to cancel the subscription if you wanted too except the question mark but it only gives an email that you can contact ,Which I did email them but it came back as an error saying the server did not exists. I don’t want be charged next month especially because they charged me pretty much for the next four months. Also when you watch a movie And you stop watching it, it does not save where left off. You have to search the whole movie again and forward to the point you were at.
I’m greatly annoyed.

CartoonLocker is a lure to get your money offer all these movies and shows yet none of them work I’ve had CartoonLocker a week max used it maybe 3 times. Your 1 month free trial? Nope that’s a joke they charge your card right away oh it’s only 2 dollars what’s it matter yeah it wouldn’t matter if every show you try to watch it doesn’t pull up an error message saying “ Unable to play this video at this time. The number of allowed playbacks has been exceeded. Please try again later.” No where to cancel your subscription no where to message creators don’t make the mistake i and others already have very poor quality I just want my money back and this fraudulent app taken off the market place

Listen I was under the impression that it was $2 a month not a week! Then when I tried canceling my subscription it won’t let me, and there’s no other way to contact these people other than the support email that they put in the pathetic FAQ section. Even when you email support you get an instant reply saying message has been blocked and will not go through. I am beyond frustrated and have been trying to get rid of it for months but can’t, it continues to charge my card even after deleting CartoonLocker ! This is not okay and they know it, once you put your card in, there is no way to change it or take it off. Good luck to those who try, but do not trust them.

It has already pretty much been said but will say it again. CartoonLocker is a rip off and fraud. I downloaded looking to see if particular show and signed up for free trial. Like everybody else I thought had month. Didn’t like selection they had so deleted app and thought end of it. Next thing look at credit card and three charges for 2.82 one for every week. I have to get brand new card #. Not even going to bother unsubscribing by email as reading these other reviews sounds like waste of time and still going to have to change card. I wish I had paid more attention to reviews before getting the damm app, Buyer be warned. Don fall for this trap.

I originally signed up with the promo of a free month and then $2 a month. I noticed immediately after it charged me immediately and then every week after. Granted-it does say $2 a week when you look on the FAQ page in CartoonLocker . BUT that was not was originally advertised when I first downloaded CartoonLocker . Even if it was $2 a week, I noticed it still took out a little more every other week. And the only way to cancel is sending a email!! They still have your card information. I’m in the process of discussing how to rid CartoonLocker from taking any more money from me, to my bank. CartoonLocker may have great shows but they will definitely take more money than they were supposed to take. DO NOT DOWNLOAD CartoonLocker.

I’m getting to where I hate CartoonLocker. At first I knew how to use it. Which is watch something and when it’s over delete CartoonLocker and redownload it. But now they added ads to CartoonLocker which is really annoying. I would watch couple stuff couple times with the ads , but if I was watching a show and I watched couple seasons they others will not play for me. This is really annoying and getting aggravated. At first I put 3 stars because it was working just fine for me but then it started to not let me watch any other seasons of the show. I really hope y’all see this to fix the problem.

Once I downloaded CartoonLocker and put my card info in for the free trial I wasn’t sent any email confirmation or anything. None of the videos would load. Once I got them to load it would not cast to my tv or anything. Sent my email to their email because that’s how you’re supposed to unsubscribe and have not received any email confirmation that my subscription has been canceled. To the creators of this trap app I hope you don’t charge me because I will find you and I will make your life miserable. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!

I’m sorry but please don’t download CartoonLocker, I signed up to which I did the one month free trial and they immediately charged my card which was weird. They then continued to charge my card again about 3 days later. I had to contact my bank and they are still attempting to charge my card and I only just signed up about 2 weeks ago (it hasn’t even been a month yet). Also none of the shows or movies I tried to watch work at all Not even one. I just wouldn’t recommend downloading CartoonLocker..

Never had to write a review but I wanted to check CartoonLocker out and see what it had to offer. I figured a month free would be enough to time to see if I liked it but even after putting my card in it immediately charged me! Not to mention even when I tried looking for some movies and shows to watch that would not load at all. There’s no way for me to cancel my subscription through CartoonLocker , there’s no number or website for me to get a hold of the people who made CartoonLocker. I’d like to cancel my subscription before I’m charged any more.

CartoonLocker was made by some guy in his moms basement. He doesn’t have the rights to any of the posted content. None of it can be viewed anymore regardless because he uploaded it to google drive which has a playback limit. You don’t want to sign up for this because I got charged long before my “free trial” was over and there are many reports of people being charged multiple times by cartoon locker. I had to order a new debit card just because of this. If you got charged please file a fraud case with your bank, and also report to apple.

CartoonLocker says 1 month free but it charged me right after I put my card info in don’t false advertise it could get you people In trouble and also you need to make it possible for users to cancel whenever they want cuz I swear if I get charged anything over 2 dollars a month the creators will not like what’s coming

I gave this review 5 stars so everyone can see it. CartoonLocker is terrible. It says sign up and get a month free but it charges you anyway and when you’re on CartoonLocker it will not play anything at all. I’ve tried everything to watch movies etc. but nothing works. Do not get this. Waste of time and money.

EVERY TIME I try to play any movie/show it won’t play. I have to try SEVERAL TIMES tapping play & doing some sort of trick to get it to play wtv I want to watch. I should just be able to press play & the movie/show for it to start. PLEASE UPDATE. Other than that I love CartoonLocker. Anyone from 80’s to 90’s would love it also. :)

CartoonLocker is trash. None of the shows load. There is no way to cancel your subscription on the website. ALSO my card was declined and I receive a message from my bank that there was a fraudulent purchase on my card. I go review my bank statement and they charged my card 17 times in less than 3 minuets and took $34 out of my account for absolutely nothing because CartoonLocker doesn’t even play the videos it offers. I wish I could give it zero stars instead of one.

CartoonLocker is terrible, never was able to successfully even watch one episode of anything because the functionality of CartoonLocker is terrible. Charged my card $40 this month, 20 $2 purchases. I’ve had CartoonLocker for less than a week...this is ridiculous. Can’t get a response back from the support email. I will be making a complaint with Apple to get CartoonLocker off the store. Do not download and do not put in your card information.

I downloaded CartoonLocker and immediately saw that it didn’t work. I was thinking maybe a server was down so I gave it a couple of days...NOTHING! I think emailed the support like it says to cancel the subscription and was told it would be cancelled immediately and this was in November. I’ve been charged 3 times since this request and every time the support says they can ensure it won’t happen again! I now have to change my bank card because that is obviously a lie!

My son has had meltdowns due to being tired and we let him watch CartoonLocker and he has his handsome smile on his face once again. CartoonLocker doesn't have a problem crashing or adding ridiculous tracking ware on your device, so kudos

I signed up because CartoonLocker looked amazing. I created a log in and password and paid for the subscription. I signed out and tried to sign in later and now it’s saying it doesn’t recognize my log in and I have to pay again. My credit card was already charged as well. Zero stars and was NOT a free trial. I have to cancel through my credit card company because there is nowhere on the site to cancel or report an issue.

This is a very good and interactive app for kids. So many different types of cartoons are there. But there are so many areas of improvisation. You can include many other popular cartoons. You can add many other knowledgeable videos. This is good head start.

It's a pretty alright app with a lot of content to offer. However, one thing I would keep in mind while using it is that it requires pretty top-notch internet to work properly. If you try to use it with public WiFi such as at the airport it will buffer lots.

I used to read the comics as a child and loved them. They were my favorite characters. My daughter found them in here. I was amazed. She loves them too, now. Monica and the gang are funny and make my daughter laugh every time.

It's a nice app to watch kids episodes without having to go to their website on a phone. Loved how they added a fast forward/backward scrubber bar - no longer must I replay a whole episode if I missed something! (I'm kidding).

This is an adorable app. I just throw on the bluetooth speaker and enjoy toons that were made with quality. Anyone who does not give this content 5 stars is a victim of today's abrasive society, a sad thing. This software works and is nicely developed. Nothing wrong with a little fun!

CartoonLocker has helped me a lot. It is useful in catching up with your shows and being able to watch a new episode of one show if a new episode of a different show primeres at the exact same time. CartoonLocker RULES!
