So a few things are useful and cheap, about a total rating lf 2/10. I hesitate to order just on principle because of their HORRIBLE customer service, I mean maybe the WORST I have EVER seen. The scammer that ripped me off on a watch at least responded to me and was honest about his thievery, more than I can say for these scammers. Most is refurbished read: (used), unless otherwise specified. There is one girl there that I would fire immediately in “customer service”. I would never let my employees act with such complete disregard and so scummy.

I didnt recieve half of my large order and some girl emailed me and basically called me a liar, and that I HAD in fact received about 9 missing items. That was the end if the conversation. Ill still pick up something they cant mess up every now and then but even Temu is better.

I purchased a new item, but received a refurbished item. I have attempted to contact Daily Sale every day since receiving the item via chat and email, but have not received any response. I did not want to purchase a refurbished product. Nowhere in the product description did it state that the product was refurbished. In fact, the product page and the site info states that all products are brand new unless otherwise specified. I have even requested a call back but no one has called me. I feel I have been scammed! I will be reporting your fraudulent practices to the BBB.

DailySale,WOW! The place is a scam. I neglected to look them up on line on the web before I shopped there. The BBB is giving them an F rating for the same problems that I have. I purchased led motion light switches September 19, 2025. They haven’t sent them period. I tried to get help from the company. They have this automated response system that states they will look into the problem. Still waiting no help just the run around. I tried to file for a refund and another run around. I’m not going to give away my money. Not a way to do business

now that i got my package i can finally review this company, the package came 2 days after the expected delivery date which is fine no biggie. But however, my headphones didn’t come with a charger or a case just the headphones and those aren’t really big things to worry about but i would’ve atleast wanted to know that while reading the description so i could go out and purchase them beforehand. Another thing I wasn’t really pleased with was the customer service, i emailed them about this purchase THREE times and didn’t get any response but I got a whole bunch of chain mail of them wanting me to buy more stuff sooo the site is good but you can definitely find better babes!

I guess this is as much my fault as it is theirs, but I had always wanted a Mac computer and found a great price for wine. But I didn’t realize that the Mac wouldn’t come with at least updated system. I can’t use any apps that I use every day on my iPad and my iPhone because of the system hasn’t been updated to at least workable updates. It is stuck at 2012 settings.

The screen is black the side are black and there supposed to be white and. The key bored is supposed to be black so it’s supposed to be all white with a black key bored and the Quality is not the best is not what I expected and it was a little dirty on the screen and I tried to clean it and it just didn’t want to work and that was all but everything else was good

I was happy getting a replacement laptop but the only downside is the screen lid has a bad spring in it and at a certain point the cover will flop. Plus- The machine was very dirty. I had to clean it a couple of times to get the shine back in it. Shipping was great. Customer service was very fast in replying.

Service was excellent on the purchasing end but I have had no luck getting assistance to return a foot massager and the time allowed to return has passed!
Overall the products have been quality and attractive and were received quickly and well packaged. I will be ordering again!

I’ve ordered many things from DailySale and everything I have ordered has arrived just as it should. I have been satisfied with everything I ordered with the exception of two Surprise boxes. It costs $40 to get two boxes and I could buy the same things for half the price!

I shopped for an unlocked IPhone 7 but can’t use it! It can only be used with AT&T! Cellular place said I have to check the MIDI # to make sure it is compatible with other cell companies!!! :-( Stuck with a phone I can’t use! $140 wasted!

I ordered the series 4 Apple Watch…it took over a week for delivery but other than that I was very surprised how great it is for such a good price! Will definitely check this website for more purchases in the future!

At first I thought they messed up my order but then customer service explained they sometimes come from multi-sellers and was even told that at any time call if I had questions. Not only did I get a LIVE representative but he really wanted to help.

I was skeptical about ordering food products from you but when I received my order I was like a little kid. At Christmas time. Service delivery was quick and great the only thing was that the box was sooo heavy l had to take a lot of my goodies out on my front porch until l could carry the box in the house

From purchase to a quick accurate delivery and a quality product would recommend to friends look forward to buying in the future

I hope they don’t make me regret saying this but I’ve been shopping with them for 3 years now i have always received my orders in a timely manor. Air pods, iPhones, laptops, Apple Watches & even game systems. I just saw that they could be possibly scamming. I’m not sure if they let vendors on but be aware of that always

Lots of everyday things needed that a person might not know existed or that you need them. Shipping was fast during this time of transportation problems throughout the entire country. Packaging was satisfactory for the items being shipped.

I have been shopping with DailySale for several years now and not once have I been disappointed. The service is wonderful, they have great prices and the shipping is quick as well. I will continue to shop here and suggest you do too.

I have liked everything that I have bought from DailySale. There was a time that I didn’t receive an order and I emailed customer service, in which they did respond and took care of the problem. I will have no hesitation ordering from them again. Thank you!

After figuring out your company does EVERYTHING via email and it’s impossible to talk to a human, I think I might become a repeat customer. I had trouble with my first order ever. After repeated back and forth emails, that weren’t always timely, problem was resolved. A bit time consuming but at least the problem was fixed.

It’s funny that you never have on hand till they break or they are maxed out. Always have good selection and fast
