Just downloaded the IKEA app for the first time to my Apple iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 17.3. Every time I try to open the app it crashes less than a second afterwards. I have tried: - restarting my phone - deleting the app and reinstalling None of which make a jot of difference. I have also tried to find somewhere on the IKEA website to report this, and failed. They make it particularly difficult to get any help, so my business will go elsewhere I’m afraid. If anyone has a solution to this problem please let me know. Thank you
Joined the "family" today and downloaded the app for iOS for iPhone (ver 16). Launched the app, the splash screen appeared and immediately disappeared and no follow-up display. I restarted the iPhone and launched the iKEA app with the same result. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are on.
After downloading the app opens for one second then vanishes!
Your site is pathetic, it doesn't load it crashes etc, no ecuses, Amazon doesn't, eBay doesn't etc etc, why does yours, why lose money and custom for supporting a terrible site, I guess the old saying you don't miss what you don't know about, carry on
Every time I try to add an item to the shopping cart the blue ball bounces forever then the app crashes and goes back to my home screen
