One little problem

PerfectVideo is great 👍 but there’s one little problem. You can’t add other music only if you bought in on iTunes. Can you please add extra tunes! Otherwise PerfectVideo is great

Charges you for “free” trial

I signed up for the free 3-day trial in order to use PerfectVideo . It said I could cancel anytime before the subscription ends and I wouldn’t be charged. I clicked to accept and was instantly charged $4.99 for a week long subscription, and canceling renewal in the settings right after changed nothing. I had to dispute the purchase with Apple. Wouldn’t recommend, pretty shady.

It doesn’t work

So I clicked a video to edit and it was loading then it put me back to the home page and I just went back to PerfectVideo since that happens to me a lot with new apps and i tried again and it did it again so i was like i’ll try one more time and i did, it said it was loading, and took me back to my home page.

Do NOT get!

PerfectVideo is not worth taking the time it never let me make any
videos what so ever and cost a bit of money. Not worth it!
And it kept taking me out of PerfectVideo ! I never got to do anything!
So sorry I never write bad reviews but I just need some help with this if the creators of PerfectVideo could write me back that would be great!

Seriously?!

Ok first I could not find transitions and second every couple minutes it would X out of PerfectVideo and then every time I hair a draft it eventually never even let me get to it with out xing it out of PerfectVideo 😔 it doesn’t work I wish it did tho😫😔👎

Renewal

Does not give you the option if you want to cancel or continue through with subscription purchase. It just automatically buys a 1 week subscription and the free trial is not really a free trial

Could use better features

Even with premium, the free movies app can do more. For example, retrieving photos to make a video.

Not good

App does not work well. Crashes constantly and cannot handle videos longer than 2 mins... when I often want to cut or speed it up anyway. And I paid for this so I’m not pleased.

I keep having to redo all of the work I just did. I can’t finish a video using PerfectVideo. I can’t edit, I can’t hear my video.. this is literally the worst app ever and a waste of money.

Not user friendly

I thought PerfectVideo was good to use for business and promoting a service. It isn’t was I expected. I wish I would’ve done more research.

Crashes Everytime

Downloaded five minutes ago... simply tried to add a video clip to the timeline... then it crashes.

Have tried seven times now with no luck.

I’ve emailed customer service numerous times in regards to this application crashing and a refund and still no response.

DONT GET THIS APP ITS USELESS

PerfectVideo IS USELESS. Because when I click on a video to edit it, it just brings me back to the home page! This is them asking for money by you thinking you need to buy premium. Or it’s just a glitch. But I’m not so sure..

Be careful. These guys named their app Perfect video - Videoder to steal the customers of PerfectVideo with the name “Perfect Video”.

PerfectVideo is piece of cr@p where nothing works. Waste of 25$ 😤
