Force Stop the MercerNet App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MercerNet app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MercerNet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MercerNet App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MercerNet app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MercerNet.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:
