I loaded the game onto my new phone. Once the screen comes up to press play or connect to Facebook I press connect to Facebook. A box comes up saying "app not active. This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated". Now if I just press play it brings up the game at the very beginning. I don't want to do that and lose my progress so far. Want it to sync.
