Close and restart the GRID app on iPhone
Update GRID app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GRID iPhone app

To resolve GRID network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix GRID not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GRID app issues:

Force Stop the GRID App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GRID app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GRID to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GRID App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GRID app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GRID.

Fix GRID unable to contact server/ GRID internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GRID » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GRID » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GRID on android.
