Horrific customer support

After years of being a customer, I noticed that WeShare overcharged me on a recent drive. After contacting customer support, I was told - in the rudest way possible - that the charge was correct and they wouldn’t do anything about it. If you look them up on trust pilot, they have only 2 stars. Strongly recommend you avoid WeShare and go with one of the other services.

Do not provide them your data!!!

They will only take drivers licenses that are more than one year old. However they don’t explicitly state that anywhere in the application process. Don’t make the same mistake I did by giving them all of your personal info in the application. Absolute garbage, exploitative waste of time.

They can't speak English in support.

The app says I need to call support in Germany but every time the customer service agent simply can't say a single word. 3rd time the Persian said “call again and hope that the next one can speak English”. What a smart way of running a support center...
