TOR Browser + VPN + Ad Blocker Reviews

This is not the official Tor Browser like I initially thought when I looked for it on TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker Store. It’s some knock off based in China that offers minimal, if any, real privacy protection. Even after going through the settings twice, some sites clearly show that data from your time there is not being erased after exiting this browser (ex: all searches saved). Apple’s App Privacy Report also showed a huge amount of domains were linked up with TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker (especially Google related ones). I messaged the developers about this at least two months ago and never got a response.

After that I decided to look at their privacy policy (should’ve done this in the beginning). It apparently catalogues all kinds of info and sends it to some Chinese server. The VPN it sells with the “Premium” version only works with TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker (unlike legitimate VPN’s such as Nord).

After doing some more research, all browsers on iOS (at least not jailbroken) are based off the Safari browser and are not truly independent like they are on a regular desktop or laptop computer.

I was hoping TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker would be able to disable all the hidden trackers, cookies, and pop up ads that are ubiquitous on smartphones, but that’s not really possible with any browser on an apple smartphone. If you want to minimize them, I suggest a solid VPN and the DuckDuckGo browser. Honestly, it’s probably best to keep internet browsing on your phone to a minimum if you’re concerned about protecting your data.

I’m not a tech whiz but if it’s from it endorsed by the main TOR community I always feel at ease. The free trial works OK but is limited in servers so comparing the FREE version vs the paid one is well, apples to oranges. I do know that iOS in general is difficult to “protect” so as an iPhone regular it is a tad worrisome in general. If what people are saying is true, that even making sure you checked everything off (JavaScript and so forth) you are still vulnerable all I have to offer is this : Get the PAID version. So much more support, esp. with bridges, which I constantly had to use in the FREE edition. You paid good money for that phone, the price for peace of mind is priceless. Even if it isn’t a complete peace of mind.

Hello everyone! I have only recently downloaded TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker, but I have been unable to access the internet without having to wait for a time longer than I would have preferred (I don’t mind if it isn’t fast, but I do not quite like how slow it loads)... It might be because of my own internet however, which is possible. Has anyone else had this problem with slow internet? In addition, I keep being told that I don’t have the TOR browser, and I’m not sure what it means by that. When I go to the link it shows me to download it, it doesn’t load or it brings me to a page that doesn’t have any items to actually download... I have both the TOR VPN + Browser app and the TOR Browser app. Not particularly certain what I can do about this other than further research and possibly collaborating with others. This application is a wonderful addition to anyone who is wanting to in sure that they are secure and out of prying eyes. Not only can use a Tor-browser but you were also given the opportunity to use a VPN which given the price if you want to go with the VPN is well worth it.

Reason being is, I’ve gone through so many different tour applications as well as VPN applications and NONE, I will say again, “NONE” can even begin to compare to this application. I encourage everyone to try this, should someone not like it, at least be civil enough to leave a review explaining why.

As opposed to just giving a negative review because by providing constructive feedback the developers are more than capable of enhancing the products.

So first of all, I haven’t used TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker much, so if some of my statements are incorrect then sorry. But mainly TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker for me has felt a lot more secure and safer than other browsers. I like the idea of knowing I can browse freely while also knowing my isp or government isn’t spying on me. But I can also tell you that it’s a bit annoying every time you breathe you get a popup for premium features. Just a bit annoying but it’s not forcing you to buy premium and it takes about 3 seconds to be able to close the pop up, it is still however very annoying

I have been utterly ecstatic after using Tor and couldn’t wait until learning how to use Tor in every possible way to protect everyone’s best interests particularly when there are unbelievable numbers of people through out the world that try to gain daily access to our everyday lives without our permission. I feel deeply indebted to Tor and especially to the many thousands that share with us freely everything we need to help us as a growing Tor community. You are unbelievable and I hope everyone will eventually learn all about Tor in the near future. Thanks for your ongoing help as I know that everyone will never forget what you are doing.

Genuinely an amazing vpn to use and when i first got TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker i had no interest in the browser but now i do! the vpn works perfectly for my school and gives me connection even in testing rooms, to connect with the school wifi(in my case) you have to forget the password and put it in like you have never connected before, after that you just turn on the vpn and its all good (most school wifis will not let a vpn app load so load it before you connect and once its loaded connect the wifi without fully closing TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker , do not turn on vpn before you connect wifi it will just turn off and youll have to redo it all

Maybe I'm not so savvy with all this stuff but from what I have noticed the concept of the tor browser is great, but I'm not getting those benefits and I think that the apps re security or anything to do with your anonymity or pip being protected are being altered either at the server going to TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker Store or from App Store to the user I also want to know why when I downloaded my. For browser it appear that everything loaded and it was all set up but just below where it tells you congratulations install successful i says however it appears that this is not a tor browser what the heck does that mean I attached screen print of this well that's all for now I have several incidents like this and my offer said get tor/van free give opinion on store not app so here it is

I consider my user-level as ‘high-end’ &/or “techy”.. and I have been using this Tor app for quite some time based on the myriad of secure options and virtually private browsing. The web and it’s users are not entirely private nor entirely secure ; yet this company seems to take it’s application and the parameters in which TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker employs seems to do the best in comparison to other “onion” browsers. I would recommend TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker and other offered by this company as an ideal option when security and secure-based browsing is warranted. Definitely an ELITE company with demonstrated apps which perform as stated.

I am sorry to write this review but the developers are unreachable otherwise. I originally used Tor with The Guardian Project and Orbot a few years ago. TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker is basically useless. I tried it initially and it performed 3/10. Difficult to load VPN and rendering is slow if not an epic fail. Bridges are basic. Terminated my subscription for one month and used another VPN which performed well 7/10.
Again purchased a month of TORVPN after original termination and my experience was 1/10 as unable to load servers easily and getting a bridge for VPN was difficult if not impossible. I have now unsubscribed. I lost $20 for two months of service to affirm this VPN needs s LOT of work.
I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker. This is a BUYER BEWARE rating.

First of all Tor is supposed to be free but sadly all these companies are trying to get people paying for something that is supposed to be free, 2nd of all to address some things people are complaining about seeing bad things on .onion websites and who is surprised if you're going to a dark part of the internet what do you expect? But still i'm sure everyone would be ok with ads if there wasn't such a push to buy the VPN, if there was a free VPN and a decent browser ads are ok, plus it won't even allow me to use the VPN I try to tap on it and it doesn't even give me the usual installing VPN on iPhone thing it just does nothing, huh. So yeah just don't bother

I’m not quite sure what to put here, and I haven’t been using TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker for long but here’s my honest opinion.

This is great for a free app, so far I’ve had no issues with it. Sometimes things load a bit slow, but I expected that. The layout takes a little bit of time to get used to, I keep accidentally closing tabs because I’m used to the little x being above the browser tabs, not below them.

That’s all I really have to complain about though

It’s a great app to use for private internet access. Some of us don’t want the government knowing every single thing we do/search for/buy on the internet. Whether it be legal or illegal, it’s nice to know that not all of your information is being stored on a supercomputer in a file with your name on it. I don’t know about you but I enjoy my privacy. Plus it comes with a free VPN, and for reviewing TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker you get their upgraded VPN for free. You can’t beat that.

Haven't used it yet. I downloaded it then deleted it. Saw an email saying i was getting charged for subscription so i redownloaded TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker to cancel subscription but I'm not seeing an option anywhere. I believe its because I'm on a free 7-day trial which comes up as a subscription. Hoping it Doesn't auto renew as id like to make a decisions on using TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker or not. I already have a VpN service.

Ive had an account that I can only access on Tor for the last 2 years with no problems at all but thats because I only logged on using the real Tor Browser from my laptop. Literally signed into that account 1 time using TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker and next thing I know my password has been changed and Im locked out of the account. Im not a bot like all these other fake reviews Im a real person telling about my real experience. Do not use any of these knock off Tor browser wannabe apps, only use the real tor browser on your laptop or pc. Trust me, TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker is either ran by the police or some scammers stealing everyones info.

Works as expected just something new users should be aware of is that if you have a high end router they can still track sites visited on the network, however those routers are prefigured to do that since it takes up a lot of room to store that data from the network. This is trues even with a VPN. Basically this will protect you from remote tracking but your own physical router will give away whatever you are doing.

I’ve been using TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker since it was still in the Bravo phase and I’ve always been grateful to have a mobile version.
Like every other browser and app, it had glitches and bugs that cause problems and need fixed.... but over through out the time that TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker has been around, the developers continue to fix the bugs and make TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker better and better

TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker is great. It has a VPN and TOR, which are both completely free (there’s faster vpn servers that cost money). It can be slow sometimes but that might just be a WiFi problem. The only bad things about TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker is that it crashes sometimes while trying to play videos and that it asks you to buy premium every time you open TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker . Still IMO a good choice

The TOR browser has got to be the biggest joke ever. It’s not even just slow for me, it rarely takes me anywhere, even if I change identities. Sometimes it works for a few seconds if I restart TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker , then back to square 1. This thing is user unfriendly too. No way to know how to bookmark a site and when you press the back button there is no history of anything so you have to type search terms again which really pixxed me off.

I have been a regular user of TOR for the desktop for many years and rarely had this problem.

Waste of time. Will uninstall.

I have tried a couple other onion browsers created by different developers and truthfully none have ever performed as easily or as smoothly as TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker does. It’s so easy to use that novice users will have no problems navigating TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker. I tested TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker’s VPN and for me where I live on my device I couldn’t be more pleased I gave TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker a try. TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker will be my go to browser moving forward!!

I’ve just started working with it but I have no complaints thus far. I like that I have the protection of anonymity while using the web and I feel This is very trustworthy. It does turn itself off at some point but I’m pretty sure that’s because it’s not the premium version. I’m going to keep using it and will update at a later time S to how it’s working for me.

Tor Browser hides your activity and location online by routing all your browsing through multiple anonymous servers, thereby concealing where you are and making it hard (but not impossible) to identify who’s doing what online. For anyone trying to restrict access to browsing history, this is a good place to start. Remember, true anonymity is never a guarantee. Use at own risk.

From the short time I have used this product for, it has not been slow for me at all. I really like the VPN option to help keep me safe and untracked by those who feel the need to violate my Privacy. I would recommend all people to use TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker. What I like to buy is know one else’s business but mine. What things interest me and what I like to do or need to know is for me only, not the world.

I’ve been using the free version of the browser and VPN. Both work well. The VPN is easy to use (connect & disconnect) and the browser works very similarly to the way the one i have on my windows laptop.

Sometimes I have to tweak the settings to have the US be the country of entry and exit so I can get all of the content on US news sites.

I needed to buy some last second presents for my mom while I was visiting since I forgot it’s her birthday, so I used TORBrowserVPNAdBlocker since I was staying at her house and perfectly surprised her as if I bought the gift months before.
