I’d give zero stars if I could. They take your money. Don’t help you when you contact people from support no one responds. I couldn’t sign into my account and even cancelled my subscription yet they still keep charging me AND still refuse to respond when I continue to try and contact for support. Absolutely horrible experience.
Very frustrating

This woman is. Great at putting together the workouts but she is an awful teacher. Came here, to try the classes. I consider myself avid at working out and training but this woman (whom I am assuming is the creator of the app) is on speed or something. She makes it impossible to go along with the program. There was even a few sets where she forgot to rotate to the other side. She is doing way to much and she really needs to slow down.

They charge almost $40 a month. Definitely not worth it. It’s a good workout with a mediocre interface. If they charged a reasonable price I might stick to it but Alo and other apps charge half the price for more.
