This could be a great app but there are some serious flaws. First of all, it keeps logging me out at the most inconvenient times, e.g. when I want to present my tour ticket. Sometimes tour tickets don‘t show up; same issue with my statement and my onboard credit. Also, connecting to the ship‘s wifi through the app sometimes takes forever.
Bottom Line: if they fix all these issues I‘ll be a happy camper (or rather, sailor), but not before.
