On the Home Screen of my Holland America Navigator App. This message is saying: Your journey starts in 0 days 2 hours 31 minutes But my departure date is 25 June 2022 at 4:30pm and my check in time was 1:40pm When I clicked on Boarding Pass. I got message saying: YOUR CHECK-IN* INVALID DATETIME.
When I try to see my boarding pass, it shows Invalid Date/Time? Force Stop and Clearing the Data cache do not work. Also, when trying to view my picture, it tells me I have a problem and to re-login. Re-logging in does not help???
Have booked excursions, and confirmed them, but they are not showing in my Itinerary or my Wallet. Using an iPhone 13 Pro. Pls advise how to fix. Thanks.
When trying to see boarding pass app shows invalid date time. I do not understand
I tried to book an excursion on my app. The choices appeared, I selected one, and the little blue circle just kept spinning. I did go to the Holland America site and have email confirmation that the excursion is booked (although not through Navigator). How can I get the excursion to appear on my Navigator "My Itinerary"?
all of our booked excursions, specialty dining and spa items no longer show on our itinerary
tried many times to upload security pictures. All failed and then after about two days of trying, I ended up with the same picture for both my wife and myself and I cannot change the picture for my wife which has my picture in it.
