E-PASS Toll App Reviews

EPASSTollApp is terrible and I emphasize nobody use it! My only incentive was to use it for the discount, however after installing EPASSTollApp and attempting to make a payment with my debit card EPASSTollApp declined it multiple times, as well as my credit card, and third card. After being fed up I called Epass to pay the bill. After getting off the phone and checking my accounts I see I have one account charged 4 times for $150 my credit card 3 times for $150 and separate debit card for $150. I have spent the last three days disputing it with Epass for them to say they don’t see any of the charges after me going in person, showing them their app!!! And the statements from them on my account they still say there is nothing they can do for me as now I have to get a new wallet of debit cards and while my banks dispute it with them.

10 for 10 would never use again ‼️‼️‼️
And I am not the only person who had this issue.

Getting to the building was a hard because the direction from GPS sent me to the building next door, but once I came in I had the best customer service I could of asked for . The front desk answer all my questions, I was taken care right away. overall the best experience in a day I thought was going to be hard.

I’ve recently started working in the Orlando Kissimmee area. This has been great to pay my toll fees. It is easy to use and very convenient. Can’t believe it took me this long to sign up, and now with EPASSTollApp there isn’t really any excuse! Fast, easy & convenient!

I have a sun pass account, but for some reason my toll pass wasn’t debited on one day going through a CFE e-pass toll. I get a full charge bill in the mail from them saying I could save 40% on this bill if I get an e-pass and download EPASSTollApp and pay. All I had to do was follow their steps, which I did. Lies, all lies. Not only did they require I deposit $10 into my new account to activate it, but the bill I tried to pay and get the 40% off had me use a CC and pay full price. So, now I have an account I don’t need since I plan to continue using my sun pass account and not this one.

EPASSTollApp would be great if it allowed you to fill in your card details correctly and let you save them. Then I tried to give feedback on EPASSTollApp by asking them to fix it and it wouldn't send because I need to give "correct feedback". EPASSTollApp is weird. The only good thing is I can quickly check my balance but I have to get on my computer to do everything else...so what's the point of EPASSTollApp ?

So I’ve purchased the transponder. I’ve paid the minimum $10 to open the account. And now, because neither EPASSTollApp nor website are functional, I’m having to pay the toll anyway. Great work, team!

Specifically, when you attempt to sign in, you *might* see the E-PASS logo animation, then you’ll almost certainly get an “Unable to connect to E-PASS” error. I was able to sign up through the website (rest assured, they’ll take your money there) but now I’m unable to sign in here or add a transponder there. Fun times.

All they want to do is take your money and make you switch from one toll agency to theirs.. had to pay them money because they refused to use my SUNPASS account even though I have a positive balance and was told I could make an account with them to get a discount but had to close my SUNPASS account and if I didn’t they’ll just double charge me. Now that’s a new version of highway robbery. No matter what it’s the state of Florida and I have a toll account. Fix your system because it completely broken. You guys are Trash!!!

I drive past the tolls because I know they’ll send a Bill, I’m so thankful that as I called to pay the fine, I was able to get a sun pass account and a reduced fine. I honestly never knew how to get an Epass! Now I have one and I won’t be getting anymore fines! Yay!

App is user friendly, saved 40% on an outstanding Pay By Plate balance. The offer is available for a limited time. Also, I set up an account with no problems.

A couple days after setting up my EPass account the credit card I used for it was used to make fraudulent purchases. I hadn’t made any purchases since paying for E-PASS or made any purchases outside of my typical locations in the past months other than signing up for EPass.

Could just be a coincidence, or not...

Their customer service and the fact that they Assist with toll by plate balance by reducing it when you have or make an account is something sunpass has never done I gladly switched

Hi guys, I want to create a new account but i can’t. When I going to select what kind of account that I like, EPASSTollApp it freezing and I need to close EPASSTollApp . What can I do? Thanks.

After being charged for pay by plate since i use SunPass, I am basically forced to sign up for E Pass and switch since I get charged twice and no one cares. Now that I'm signed up it will not let me add another car or buy another E pass for the other car. EPASSTollApp is as useless as the customer service reps were on the phone after i was hung up on 4 times and finally got thru to a human an hour later.

I’m a resident of central Florida. Previously, I use to go to website for checking balance and reload my account which used to take time. EPASSTollApp lets me do the same with less than a min. Thank you E-PASS.

Unfortunately EPASSTollApp doesn’t work. I was going to use EPASSTollApp to pay my toll and I was prompted to make an E-PASS account to save some money and avoid the paper transactions. While making my account the “password” section where you enter the password you’d like to create does not work. Won’t let me put anything in the box looks like a coding error or formatting error of some sort.

Much easier than trying to use the website.

I had lost the invoice and called. The service representative was very patient and walked me through the process of setting up the account.

The customer support was A1. He walked me through the whole process, beginning to end. I wish all customer support calls were like this. Just AWESOME

I have been a SunPass user for many years and was wondering how to switch to E-Pass. You made it SOOO easy for me to switch. Thank you.

EPASSTollApp worked great until the update on October20th. Now does not work for me. Tried to leave a comment thru App Store. Was told comment was invalid by system, called number which is the general call center, not tech support and was told to fix it I would have to reset my online account. No thank you this makes EPASSTollApp more trouble than its worth. I’m deleting it now.

Look at other tolling apps across the nation and you'll clearly see a lack of design thinking and putting users first. EPASSTollApp is simple yet offers so much value.

I’m glad that Epass FINALLY got an app, and it’s clean & functional. What I don’t understand is how every other app manages to retain login credentials after updates, yet Epass cannot. It’s very frustrating. Please work on this. Thank you.

It was great. Simple and easy way to log in to bite your account. I don’t know what happened but now I can’t even reload on EPASSTollApp . I get an error saying this device can’t make payments. I have a iPhone 11 pro Max.
I gave it a two because the other features work.

Being a new app I find this very useful. It works great so far. I would like to see highways used and exit numbers in the activity tab on a future update please.

Wow impressed.. whoever developed EPASSTollApp deserves a “cookie “ everything at you fingertips. You see your savings, weekly usage balance by opening app. Great job love it

Tried reinstalling EPASSTollApp multiple times. This new update made all the useful info like how much you save disappear and also you can’t report anything as the computer says everything is invalid.

Release an update to restore this once great app back to its former glory.

I really like the way app showing expand rows for the extra info.

Why do you have a face log in option if it’s never going to work. Please fix!!!

Easy to access my account

In EPASSTollApp it looks like some tolls are being double posted. One as a toll and another for the same amount at the same time for parking. I double checked the mobile site and it’s posted correctly there.

I like the alerts with my account.

I just now download EPASSTollApp I live in New Jersey is it good for the toll in New Jersey?
