- My wife hates it because I spend way too much time and money on the app but it’s worth the fight lol.

- Be careful what you bid for. Apparently once you put a bid, you cannot retract.

- After multiple attempts to cancel my bid as well as cancel the won auction, they charged me the price (which includes a % fee as well as a huge shipping fee) don’t be fooled and be ready to pay.

- I think the UI could be a little bit better, but overall it’s incredibly easy to use.

Close and restart the Pristine Auction app on iPhone
Update Pristine Auction app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pristine Auction iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pristine Auction on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pristine Auction network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Pristine Auction App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pristine Auction » click [Force Stop]

Update Pristine Auction to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pristine Auction App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pristine Auction » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pristine Auction.

Fix Pristine Auction unable to contact server/ Pristine Auction internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pristine Auction » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pristine Auction » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
