Suddenly NEWSONAIR App was not seen in my mobile app store, I thought that by mistake it was deleted. So I tried to restore it from Google Store. It was not seen there also. Please help me, it is my favorite App. Why this happen? This is very disappointed situation. It shouldn't be that.

How to fix NewsOnAir app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NewsOnAir app on iPhone
Update NewsOnAir app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NewsOnAir iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NewsOnAir on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NewsOnAir network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix NewsOnAir not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NewsOnAir App
1. On android, goto Settings » NewsOnAir » click [Force Stop]

Update NewsOnAir to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NewsOnAir App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NewsOnAir » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NewsOnAir.

Fix NewsOnAir unable to contact server/ NewsOnAir internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NewsOnAir » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NewsOnAir » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NewsOnAir
